    I literally hate how owner's bedrooms are always on the main floor now. It is so frustrating. I have a baby and toddler, and if you think I'm gonna be running up and down the stairs between their room and mine in the middle of the night when they need something, you're outta your mind. Plus, laundry on the main floor is automatically a "no" for me. Not hauling clothes up and down stairs. Honestly every new home has almost the exact layout. You walk in, there's a bonus room to one side, go down the hall, and the famous "open layout" with your kitchen, dining, and family room all together, usually with an owners suite off the family room. I'd kill to see anything unique.

    Finally a video with the family in it I enjoyed it. Of course the big brother should be in the video. The house is nice too. I expect to see more of the kids in the videos.

    Beautiful home. Good to see Gin and Rory. That was sweet when he tried the faucet in the bathroom.

    I love the stone bricks around the arch way, as well as the front porch. I also love the cover deck in the back. I would keep the study & make it a library so my kids could do their homework. I love the hard wood flooring. I really love the island in the kitchen! I like the stove, but I'm not to big on gas. I really love the stone fireplace. I really love that the master bedroom/bathroom are on the 1st floor. I would turn the bonus room into a playroom/library. I love all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as the Jack & Jill bathroom, also the other bathroom. I wouldn't change that much about this home. It's absolutely gorgeous!

    Completely perfect! It isnt often i watch a tour video and think "home". This house is so cozy and sweet , its home. I would also verymhappily sacrifice the garage for that absolutely stunning open staircase and parlour!

    Can’t believe this is the same builder. The main floor is small and cramped. The nicest part of this house was Rory!

    Man, check out that old school mechanical timer in the utility room! Wonder what that's for.
    I know I've said before that I'm not a fan of front-facing garages, but given that this one is set into the building and not shoving its way forward, I'm actually okay with this one! Put an old-style garage door on it with the glass panes to match the carriagehouse style lamps out front and it would be just fine. I assume that's the look they were going for anyway; the front facade has that vibe to it.
    I'm not one for larger homes, either, but I could easily be happy in this one. Nice use of space in the layout, very tasteful design choices... I'd splurge on it if I had the money.
    I don't blame Rory for going straight for the shower and bathtub! Me too, kid. Me too. 😆

      The timer is probably for the sprinkler system.

    • @JoshColletta
      @JoshColletta ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@melissaa9581 That was my first thought, too, but that would be kinda ridiculous in the day and age of digital controllers. I'm thinking it might be for some of the lights, outdoor and/or some of the indoor fixtures. Why bother spending money on a new digital timer for those if you're just going to pull it out when you convert the house into a livable residence? If you've got an old mechanical one on hand somewhere on your properties, just use that. Then you can remove it and take it to your next showcase model home.

    Don't get all set already on Tennessee, you just started touring ad a family. If you like Mountains like I do then you need to tour Washington state, Idaho, California and Let's not forget Colorado. But certainly places will surprise you such as Arizona because the mountains there and Sedona Arizona is pretty special and Utah as well.

    This is not worth the price tag without a substantially huge pantry... l wouldn't even take a second look for such a bug house!?

  • @tammycawman7736
    @tammycawman7736 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    The price is outrageous! Over 500 thousand to 600 for 2500 square feet. The main floor kitchen extremely small dinning room seems cramp and living room ok size. the entry is very narrow entering home. It seems very cramped not cozy. And again that price absolutely not worth the price. My town home has bigger rooms and larger master and more square footage and the same upgrades. Why would you invest that much money and when the market stabilized or crashes one you think resell you ever get that price back on 2500 square ft square feet. You loose money.
