Im a former criminal and im not saying this from a place of judgement and pleople are somewhat free to pursue whatever lifestyle they choose but while we are all busy being 'tough guys' its actually our woman picking up the slack and holding things together. In my older wisdom i think they are the real tough guys and their strength amazes me since finding out how difficult trying to live straight and raise a family really is.
Most definitely, the woman are the ones who have to deal with the absent dad/partner while they have to also balance a home and the kids. Not only is it a psychical load but mental as well. Very well said
❤ That's my sisters half sister. They share the same dad, we share the same mum. Their side of the family has always had such awful things happen. She speaks so well about it ❤
I loved this !! What a beautiful lady she is !! I wish her all the best in her future ❤❤ Many of us Māoris had some hard times but we can make our lives better like she is ❤❤❤❤
Not many Maori. Just a minority, from impoverished low socio economic demographics. Don't put maori in that box. It's not a race thing. It's individuals and their lifestyle choices and obviously no choices. But that's not a maori thing! It's a feral thing. Unfortunately some kids are born in to it. They can come from all backgrounds and nationalities. It's so sad and unfair! Poor babies, poor kids! 😢 😭
@ShakeItUp-c5m you got that right! People need to speak properly stop putting the label "Maori" in situations like this, there are a minority of Maori in gangs, the rest aren't. And you are right, it's in all Ethnicities
Incredible true story sister, you have survived the unthinkable! 😢 Although this happens (or similar testimonials) is all too common in New Zealand. I'm sensing and seeing that our country has literally become Gang land. Everywhere you turn it's in our faces here. But truly, your testimony will reach people everywhere in Aotearoa...keep exposing the darkness Danny, Bless you! Keep well. From a sister in Christ 😊 I also have worked in brothels myself, I started at age 22, I was a solo mother. I'm now starting a You tube channel and ministry called Rahab's Redemption, just starting out small now 💞
I remember the day Wallace passed in Highbury. Waitangi day. I remember going to the tangi with friends and doing haka. My band performed at a community show to try to promote peace within our Highbury community. It was a tough time for us as high school kids. Highbury is hood, but it still is my 2nd home (born and raised in Fearfield, Htown). Have always had a lot of aroha for this whanau. They have been thru so much and lost a lot. Worked with a couple of the youngens. Wanna send that same aroha to them all. RIP brother Wallace.
I generally swipe up when I read read the words ‘gang’ but theres something about Danny’s aura that made me want to watch and hear her story. Incredible story! Wishing her the best👏🫶
Always so good to see Māori changing their lives to actually live! I was in the cells one time and there were 4 of us Māori wahine in there. 1 was losing the plot talking to herself. 1 was losing the plot muttering threats under her breath. 1 was trying to sus some earns. It was that day I decided I had to change! Not just for me but for our people!!
Wow that would of taken so much COURAGE to share a very raw version of your testimony thank you 💖🙏 May Elohim continue to bring Healing and Blessings into your life and your Whānau may you all have a brighter future God Bless 😍🙏💖🙌🦅🙏💖
Hey Dave love your work brother always doing an amazing work in the Lord God Bless you Brother. Danni may God continue to Bless you as you Bless others and your journey with Him, thank you for sharing your Testimony. Solid As 🙌
Such a powerful strong beautiful women. Not many people let alone being a women come through the otherside like you have. You don't realise there's always someone that's worse off than yourself. Hearing your life story bought me to tears. Keep up it & never let anyone tell you it's your fault or your not good enough. Your smile would light up any room. Always believe in yourself ❤❤❤
Watching this beautiful woman speak about the troubles she's been through during her life, has been inspiring. I've been struggling with reconnecting with my faith & now feel more confident that this is the right path for me...thank you for sharing your story & for inspiring me & others to follow the path that feels true & right ❤❤
I usually dont click these. But man she has something really calming about her if that makes sense. As someone who has been trying to have a spiritual awakening after losing touch with god again and going deeper with my addictions and mental health issues i needed that last bit, going of the rails gets worst the older I get. Iv fasted for 36 hours before but i need to look into daniels 7 day fast and pick up my bible again.
Wow what a journey. Thank you for your vulnerability, your honesty, your faith. Cheering you on to win. I have worked in the community services sector for years with some of our most at risk youth in South East Qld. Many of our youth would gain strength from your story
Thank you all for your beautiful comments and bless you all so much. Honestly reading ALL your comments has been nothing but inspiring and gives me the mana to keep going. You all are amazing and many many blessings xoxo
I'm commenting because I saw a strong beautiful Wahine that is special. I'm not of a gang life but, addiction my children don't speak to me because of what I put her through- no violence but certainly mentally and emotionally same thing. I have and will to the day I leave only ever love 1 women and despite the relationship with my kids, I will always love and do anything for them, but I can't change the past. I support people's faith and respect their path. My path is owning what I've done, but also where I go and helping who I can. Your testimony put some brightness and a smile to my day...thank you you are a World beater all the best to you your Whanau and the next chapter in your life🙏✌️
Awesome testimony Danny! Thank you so much for sharing. I know your story will touch the hearts & lives of others who are travelling the road you have travelled. I pray they will find that same hope and love from our Father in Heaven too. xx

Soo saddened by the struggles you went through throughout your childhood and adulthood!!! Soo amazing to see you come out on the other side and make the most of your new situation! Love light and peace coming g your way ❤
I love I love how your pulled it all together by finishing it with the lord I have just found him and am getting baptized next month 3 days after my birthday
Amazing story. Our Māori people are so beautiful. Females are the strongest leaders, and movers. I hope people realise that god doesn’t want you to worship him, he wants you to find yourself.
Why did her mother make reckless choices that started all this??? Why does NZ femnazi media not place blame on the mothers? Hmmmmm always been this way. Trump is the Man we all need.
Mana Wahine, Wahine Toa. As a woman myself who came from humble religious beginnings and thrown into gang life young from my father being a patched member, I resonate wholeheartedly with your journey. I found my way in my 30s and found God again.. I wish you all the blessings that our lord can give and that our tamariki can carry our mana and wisdom we accumulated with the lessons we learned on this path. Much love to you and your whanau, my fellow sister ❤
I'm sorry for the loss of your brother Sam 😢 Your testimony is truly inspiring. It's clear that you have faced many challenges and overcome them with strength. Praise God for being by your side every step of the way. Your story is a true testament to your resilience. Thank you for having the courage to share your story. You're a strong, beautiful wahine toa! God bless ❤
Gods will and purpose, a vessel on earth, spreading love and forgiveness. Be a shining light to people in darkness. Shes got some keys Its great shes honest too
Praise God for your testimony, sis. It is good that Jesus Christ, our Lord & Savior, had delivered you out from the pit of hell just as He had done to me and many. Keep on seeking Him more to know exactly what He really wanted you to become for His glory and to save souls from the pit of hell. We are here for His divine purposes. The devil was and is & forever be a liar, and he & his armies belong to hell. ❤❤
In Jesus Name forward Girl. Our two families did Church together 20 plus years ago-remarkable story to catch up with, met Sam as well then. Very very sad the shooting and so much else. Not forgotten by this man, its great to hear of victory's.
Absolutely powerful testimony! When Danny shares her testimony you can see the light change from dark to light then dark again and light and so on... when she speaks on her brother that passed away the light is back. Wow this amazing incredible women of jesus has the light within her! Anointing by Jesus blood. You feel the holy spirit. Her testimony will go far and wide. The devil tried to lock her down but Jesus strengthen her faith each time getting back up and fighting like a soldier. KIA KAHA... keep being Jesus light for others in the darkness. Amen
How blessed you are to come from all of that 🙏🏾😊 and now testify that you survived...👍🏾 Some of us don't make it to 40 because of the generational trauma as a kid then growing up as a adult you have have mental disorders because of the upbringing 😢....thank you for your story 👏🏾 💯 ❤ God bless you and may your life be filled with peace and break all curses against you, and I ask for protection and guidance 🙏🏾 💜 for rest of her life in Jesus name 🙏🏾 AMEN...
Thank you for sharing Danny, your journey has been hard but as you say, it's made you into the person you are today. I wish you all the best, much aroha to you.
Danny - im so proud of you! although I don’t know you. You remind me of someone I had loved and lost over 20 years ago in Whangarei. I hope you find peace
You should be extremely proud of yourself. You have proven despite living a really harsh life, where there is a will there is a way. You found a way out of that and I am sure your children would be so proud of you. I hope one day you could put your story in a book.
Awesome testimonial Sister, keep faithful with the Almighty and he will carry you through the hills and valleys in your life. We are all on a journey which is only temporal . Trust in Jesus no matter what happens. Keep walking towards the light, I will pray for your future and your family. God bless You Sis. ✨️🐑✝️🕊✨️

Wow. How people manage to get through the hardest situations like this woman has been through and keep the faith amazes me. What an awesome human being.
Wooow powerfull testimony, sis .There's always a way out of the curse,s by being obedient to God's laws, statutes, and commandments, and keeping the faith in his son, for salvation is only for his children the 12 tribes of Israel. Maori and the Polynesian people's in the pacific Islands are the tribe of Naphtali. Shalawam sis APTTMH Yahawah.
All I can say this is a powerful testimony to find your path now in Gods love and scripture is the only answer to change the circle you were in as Gods grace he’s forgiven your sins and granted you a chance to move on to a better life path of true love. God bless you.
Shoutout this young lady. Good luck with the new job. This might be a dumb question but what’s a 7 day water fast. I’ve heard people say humans can’t go 72 hours without water? Or does it mean a fast of nothing but water?
@@Kingkong-qu8eh Sometimes referred to as the Daniel's fast in the Bible. It's literally 7-Days of fasting of no food, but just water and praying everyday and reading scripture. I done it myself in 2021 during Lockdown and it was a blessing 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I dont feel sorry for gang members or people who attach themselves to gangs. Im not perfect, I come from a fucked up background too!!! Heaps of domestic violence, the odd pedos hanging around, and straight dysfunction. My family is so destroyed because of it, I'm glad I met real men who looked after their families, who loved their families and who treated strays like me and many others like family. I looked at what I wanted for myself and never stopped... Im not perfect but one thing I can say is im not a criminal even if others thought that was going to be my life when I got older. 😊😊😊
ByThank you for sharing your Testimony for those who don't I'm one of the kuzzys Haddys up but all I can say is that the stuff that she has said is true all the gang stuff happened around the Highbury shops Farnham park and Coventry Street we had to watch and protect each other with what ever we could find and yes she was told by sam to move and not come back to palmy but just want to give a huge aroha to the kuzzy Danny for sharing your story with us all so us your whanau can watch it and see how much you have progressed and kept fighting and building your way to where you are now and may God keep providing for your every need and your whanau much aroha kuzzy God bless
You’re a beautiful daughter of god… valuable, wanted, loved. Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for your example of making a choice to have a better life. Having a better life really is a choice. And with God all things are possible. You are amazing. ❤
She seems bright and intelligent from the get go,unfortunate circumstances played a role, similar stories I hear with the multiple relationships it’s like they are trying to find the father figure role, but none the less, nothing but praise for her success and continued success 👍🙏

Maori and the Polynesian people's in the pacific Islands are the tribe of Naphtali. Shalawam sis APTTMH Yahawah.
@diontemoni wrong, you either believe Jesus is enough or you don't.
Jesus isn’t real dude
@@Runn_it_upand that's just you're opinion brother. To others it's a way out.
@@Runn_it_up can tell you know nothing. Probably still on the pokies. Lololol
Jesus Christ is God. “. All authority is given”. Not 92.1%. Not 75.5%. All authority. Alpha and the Omega
All I can say this is a powerful testimony to find your path now in Gods love and scripture is the only answer to change the circle you were in as Gods grace he’s forgiven your sins and granted you a chance to move on to a better life path of true love. God bless you.
Praise Jesus.. massive.. with God everythings possible..
@@jephtahcoe oh ok yeah I think I’ve heard of fasting 7 days no food but the name threw me off.
I learnt a lot about myself today from your guest ❤
Amazing māmā what a powerful testimony x
I dont feel sorry for gang members or people who attach themselves to gangs. Im not perfect, I come from a fucked up background too!!! Heaps of domestic violence, the odd pedos hanging around, and straight dysfunction. My family is so destroyed because of it, I'm glad I met real men who looked after their families, who loved their families and who treated strays like me and many others like family. I looked at what I wanted for myself and never stopped... Im not perfect but one thing I can say is im not a criminal even if others thought that was going to be my life when I got older. 😊😊😊
What a beautiful story
Bless your life Danny ❤
Well done! You have been through so much. But look overcome with God's grace. Great things ahead for this wahine.
