So on the A/R Side when all said and done our Income Statement would show a gain of 10k from the sale, Cash in our balance sheet would go up by 10k and we would net 4k profit as we sold for 10k but our cost of goods sold is 6k. Sales Revenue 10k - COGS 6K = 4k profit?
