Its amazing how this sport has evolved in a few years. Back in the day (late 80´s-90´s-early 2k´s) most people tought about stunt riders like some kind of jerks triying to show off. Great video.
dear icon. im only a newbie to the bike world but since day 1 ive looked at bikes and riders as the modern day cowboys with our trusty steeds. i call my bike the horse because its a mechanical beast in my eyes. now for your team i may say your more on mechanical bulls but the same mental image applys. In my eyes the actually have a mind and there own personalitys no 2 bikes are the same as well as no 2 riders are the same. you guys are an inspiration to us all thanks.
I love the fact that they're all geared up and performing great stunts! I've got a few of Jason's video's and my favorite is the first Urban Assault with the '96-'99 GSX-R's featured with the Captain America paint jobs!
:') i love how he puts that i feel the same connection with my scooter :) she knows what i want and i know what she wants. i can tell the days when its a cruise around town or when its a hit the back roads and wind her out...
Oh, man... Loving those bunny-hops; absolutely frickin' sick! Great production values, thank you! But, yes, as others have pointed out the title could use reworking; I almost didn't watch this video as I thought it was going to be an extremely dry walk-around or some such. Mad style, subscribed!
Once you understand your bike, you can figure out whether something is wrong with the bike. Even if other people don't notice, it's the bond and understanding of you and your bike.
I WAS MORE INTO THE GRAFFITTI IN THE BACK ROUND, NOT SAYIN THE MAN WAS GETTING DOWN ON HIS BIKE, BUT JST LOOK AT ALL THE ART WORK IN THE BACK. YO ICON HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR ALL THOSE ARTING TO FINISH THAT MASTER PEACE ?
I'm not against stunt riders, but I've always thought something like a TE630 or other dual sport would be way better for tricks than a front heavy, track day bike.
Jumping on a bicycle has nothing to do with forks and rear suspension. You'll probably be able to do higher jumps (bunnyhops) straight off the ground with a completely rigid bike. It's all to do with weight transfer and how you lift the front and how you manage to pull up the back to follow...
RIP #FivePoints, a place of street culture that will truly be missed.
We visited back in '11 for a shoot with Jason Britton. Epic spot.
Totally thought you were going to go through all the components and upgrades on the bike :/
Joe Taylor exactly

jason britton could possibly be THE best stuntbiker
You can put a "cruise control" where if you click the throttle back and hold it, it stays in place, so it keeps accelerating even if you let go.
love Icon, they always have the baddest gear on the street

Cool video but not a fan of Icon. It's the only gear I've owned to fall apart BEFORE I've wrecked in it. But hey, it looks cool right?
@iconmotosports what kind of bike is that?
I'm not against stunt riders, but I've always thought something like a TE630 or other dual sport would be way better for tricks than a front heavy, track day bike.
i noticed that on your left handle bar, u had another lever below your clutch..i was wondering, what is that?

that dude can do bunny hops on a motorcycle! damn haha
wonder how often he needs new front shocks
song in this video?
"I want the best bike that I can have" Well that was profound.
i may not be a stunt rider, i am a rider, just of a different discipline, and i understand exactly what he means :)
Ok now I know what I want in the next GTA series.
