@@Theautisticgachatuber_official Theres nothing wrong with it. To be honest canonically(possibly), even they had a more sibling/best friend relationship then anything in the games. And it just makes sense that it was how shadow viewed Maria since the beginning of his existence.
The heartwarming thing about this is this is something that I can see Sonic doing 100% You captured Sonic's character perfectly. Sonic may seem arrogant and egotistical on the outside, but on the inside, he wants everyone to be happy. I think what you showed in this video would be canon if Sonic found out about Maria and how much she meant to Shadow, because he wants Shadow to be happy, even if they are rivals. AMAZING VIDEO!!!
