What is your thought on Kinarra wheel? I’m a heavy spender for my server. (Heavy/mid spender) on most other servers probably. I’m planning on focusing Cav and mage. So I don’t really intend to use her much, but is the value from the resources and other stuff on the wheel so good that I should max it even if I don’t care about Kinarra?

Shes good but my problem was I invested in to many comanders, she's good at 5511,I have her at 5531,and madie at 5321 and I wish I had her 5511 so she can stay like that for seasons and be usable

Im a low spender and have maxed Liliya. She kind of essential. If you can get Infernal artifact oh damn she amazing.
I run Waldyr/Velyn using Waldyr's skill tree paired with Phoenix artifact in front of Celestials. I then run Liliya/Alwyn using magic tree for Liliya. I use the Infernal artifact with her in front of Vestals. I built Liliya's talents so she has 21% march speed while Waldyr just gets the 20% from Velyns skill. This way they both march 99% of the time together. Also in Liliya's talents I choose the elite talent that gives 8% chance to hit another legion with rage skill that target multiple plus I max the talent that increases continuous damage. Damn all the red damage you see popping off due to Liliya and Alwyn just beautiful.
Now the reason I run Waldyr in front of Velyn is due to Velyns awakened skill(similar to why Alwyn must be behind Liliya). Normally Velyn only has a 20% chance to add freeze for 3 seconds so if you want to profit from his awakened skill you gotta pray if you have him as commander. But if you run Waldyr you will 100% proc Velyns awakened skill. Though unfortunately for me I've yet to awaken him. Still working on him like you. Think Im 5553 so not too far off.
I personally think they made a mistake with Phoenix eye. Phoenix eye and Ever-Frost should be around the other way. Ever-Frost should of been the legendary that done similar damage to Phoenix but added freeze for Velyn's awakened skill to profit.

I’m switching from mages to archers since i have kinnara 3221 (will be 4221 in next season) and fraegar 511 and they do lot of damages when i’m doing pvp. Mages is still my strongest march but i want to have 2 powerful legions to have more flexibility during war or pvp
