You two are my favorites. You don’t try to sell us stuff we don’t need. You do inspire! I drove the rig once and the 4 lanes went down to two with a detour. I started panicking and my husband said just calm down you can’t stop now! Sorry to say I haven’t driven since but it’s a goal.
Enjoy following you guys. I robbed the cradle also. I am 11 years older than my wife. If you want to take great pictures, come to Alaska. I will be glad to show you around for the best shots in the area. My wife and I spend our winters in southern Arizona. Florida seems like a great place to winter as well. Stay safe and well. Keep loving your pets.
Ahhhhh guys .. I just caught up on both Q&A videos .. they were really insightful 🙌🙌 thank you for such a great shout out also ❤️ you guys are just naturally funny without realising it for sure 🤣 I loved all of the video references too lol I think Oregan was also my favourite place that you both stayed. Those video were next level magic stunning place. Thanks for answering all the questions i could write an essay but ill save you from that 🤣🤣❤️❤️
I love tagging along with y’all! I love to travel, but me and my husband still work full time. So I get to see all these amazing places through your journeys! Plus my husband doesn’t like to camp as much as I do. We are both 52, and I’d love to retire early and full time, but I don’t think he would like to do that. 🥺 But I’ve been a CNA for 33 years and it’s taking a toll on my body. I love taking care of elderly people, but the heart is willing but the body is saying screw you old lady, I’m tired! 😂😂 So for now, I will continue to enjoy your videos on your travels! Thanks for including us and Happy Camping and Safe Travels! ❤️❤️
Thank you for the kind comment Lynn! I bet your body is worn out after that many years of cna work, I used to be one too, so I can only imagine! Appreciate you following along on our journey!
Happy early anniversary! Yes, you definitely have to get along for the most part and know how to back off and give each other space to make it work. Very cool that you have made tourism videos!!! And that you came up with so many cool ideas in the pet industry. You are both talented artists. Thanks for sharing that side of yourself with us a little bit more fully. Dennis likes to be our primary driver as well but it is good to know how to tow the rig and back up in an emergency situation, anyway. Our camper is a lot smaller so it isn't too bad. It would be amazing to be able to stay somewhere for 2-5 weeks. That's our dream!!! We're working toward it.
@@TilFurtherNotice I don't blame you. I would be nervous trying to pull it as well. I've seen some people practice in large, empty parking lots rather than on the road. Maybe in a school parking lot on the weekend or something? That would be less nerve wracking. Definitely work your way up to it and don't feel pressured to do it before you're ready. ❤
Hi Tammy and Scott (again). I can't tell you enough how much I enjoy your videos. Yes, I know I told you once, and you sent me a really sweet message back. Thank you for that. I just want you to know I watch every video I find, and even though I rarely leave comments, I am here with you. I don't know how this works, if you get messages on your older videos, but I will try to say "Hi" at least on each one I watch. I am so excited to see the new ones when you get Tammy's family settled. I love your Gracie and also broke my heart when your beautiful little kitty went to Heaven. I am such an animal lover and also lost my 15 year old kitty about the same time, maybe they are friends in Heaven and watching and guiding all of your travels. What breed is Gracie? She is so darn precious! Take care and enjoy every day! xoxox Sandie (in Ohio) 🙂
Hi Sandie! Yes, we see all of our comments as long as YT doesn’t hide them 😉. We appreciate each and every time you take the time to write us!! It really makes our data brighter and we are honored you are watching all of our journey! I’m sorry to hear about your fur baby too! Maybe they are running around together 💙🐾. Gracie is our rescued Italian Greyhound 💕. She is snoring right here next to me as I write this. We appreciate you!!
I enjoyed your Q&A videos. That can be difficult to be vulnerable and answer some of those questions. You guys did so awesome. Welcome to Florida for the winter. I’m in South Florida. It would be delightful to run into you sometime, but it’s a big state❤️. Enjoy!! Keep Gracie away from the Bufa Toads.
Great part dos! Enjoyed your answers, I loved the Oregon coast in 2019 we traveled the southerners coast of Washington and all the coast of Oregon and into California all the way down to Pismo Beach before pointing east and heading back to Texas and if all our trips we talk of that one the most. Enjoy your Florida Winter we are staying in Texas due to elderly family needs but we do have plans to do some traveling!
Hello fellow travelers! Sounds like you enjoyed the same coastline as we did! It’s spectacular! Hope all goes well with the family and thanks for watching!

I use to do wedding photography until my knees and hip pain started to get worse. So I had to stop. I plan to do some photography on the road. Do some sewing on the road to. But most of the time I’m going to be looking for fishing spots.
It's SOOOO important for BOTH of you to know how to hook up, drive, and unhook your towable RV. I have a good friend who was snow birding with her husband in their Class A in Arizona and she had never driven the coach, or done any of the set-up/tear-down. Her husband suffered a minor stroke (is any stoke ever minor?), lost the vision in his left eye and partial use of the left side of his body, very obviously could not drive. They were 1500 miles from their sticks and bricks home (in northern Idaho) and all of their usual health care providers, and once her husband was well enough to travel (but not drive), she had to undergo a crash course in learning how to drive their large Class A. It was incredibly stressful for both her and her husband, but they made it home. The following winter they again went south to Arizona, but this time she was at the wheel, feeling much more confident. Please Tammy, learn to drive the RV. I know it can be VERY intimidating to consider, but you are Scott's #1 back-up plan should things go south in a hurry. Please, for both of your sake, you need to know you can do this ahead of time, should the need arise.
Bose sleep buds saved our lives in the RV. My husband shakes the bed with how loud he snores. I hit the bed 30 minutes before him, put in my sleep buds and use white noise and it has really made a difference.
Thanks Tammy for answering my question about yours and Scott’s Art. My medium is oil painting wildlife and landscapes plus photography with the same subjects. Plus I’ve been dabbling in real estate photography. A photo safari sounds awesome to me. Thanks again, Mark
Hey Mark! Sounds like you and Scott have a lot in common! Keep in touch and maybe our paths will cross or a photo safari expedition in the future! Thank you for the questions!
dont worry Tammy my wife and love only drives when we are hooking up or at fuiel fill up it works but for safety or if i get hurt we plan for her to learn as well
Most rvers that I follow who are full time plan to park it eventually. Having a place to or call your own I think is very important or will be eventually. I would love to buy a 75’ long 50’ wide cement pad someplace in south Florida.
Scott, have you been tested for OSA(obstructive sleep apnea)? That snore 😴 of yours is a classic sign. Among other symptoms such as headaches and fatigue during the day.
Tina, Denver, Annie and I, looking at our Crystal Ball say: Pt 3 is on the horizon! I'm surprised nobody asked about your health insurance plan(s). Also, I think a Meet up would be fun. Maybe organize a photography meet up at Antelope Canyon!
Happy anniversary 🎉❤❤🎉 Adding another question In bit sure if you answered in past 1. Since you always open your segments about your health issues and my husband and I share that same problem, what do you do about doctor's appointments and medications?
Thank you! Yes, we touched on that in our video. Medications we have no issues with using cvs pharmacy and appointments are a bit more complicated as our specialists are in Colorado. When we go back we usually schedule. Need to come up with a better strategy but for now that’s what we do 😉
Shy??? You guys should be comedians 😆 would love to meet up and chit-chat. We've been rving in LaVita Colorado but think i told you that before. Very good QA answered some my wondering 😉 Safe travels and enjoy 😁🚍❤️
Glad to know your bucket list isn't getting any shorter. Means you're enjoying what your doing. I'll definitely have to check out your website. Want to get a piece of artwork to hang in my place. Enjoy Florida. Till Next Time. 👋
Not too many videos make me smile all the way through, but this one did!! 🥰 Loved the passed clips you put in, Tammy, except Salt Lake City, of course! 😉 Scott has come so far from your creative days trying to talk him into joining you in a video sharing his art! 👏👏 You are living a dream that so many have and never get to experience! ❤️ You are so right that everywhere has something beautiful about its natural surroundings. I've lived in and remember Long Island, NY, southern Michigan, North Dakota, and Iowa. The beaches, of course, on Long Island(drawback - having to go through NYC to get there. Bet it would beat Salt Lake City!!) Michigan, the trees and lighthouses, and western beaches. I'm pretty sure upper Michigan would be spectacular! North Dakota, it is the sky & the sunflower fields!! 🌻 And towns that the only landmarks are a grain elevator and a bar! But the sky!! Sometimes you can get good views of the Aurora Borealis too!🌌 But stick to summer in the upper Midwest. Might have to watch the mosquitos, but they're big(& hungry!) Iowa, it's the fields of corn and beans, trees, hills by the rivers, old barns, some caves(not been, claustrophobia...), more eclectic and very Midwest. I enjoy mini vacations with your videos!! 💖 Thank you, guys!! 😍
Hello sweet friend! Your comment made me smile!! Thank you so much and thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences too. So fun. Love and hugs all around!
Thanks you guys. Very informative and interesting. Hard to believe that cute little inn you owned wasnt profitable but everything happens for a reason. You four seem very well suited to RV life! Always love to watch all your travels. Our personal favorite was the ghost town. So cool!!! Safe travels and good health vibes for you four♥️
Yes, Oregon is the winner ❤️ It's a beautiful state but our beaches are amazing. Agree with you on Salt Lake City too, we usually take a side road to go around it. Thanks for the videos, love following you.
Photo Safari, I’m in! We are also full time RV-ers in our VanLeigh. We are wintering in FL, also. Will you be at the Tampa RV Show? Enjoy your videos, thank you.
SLC has to be some of the worst traffic, and it’s getting worse with the freeways adding more lanes. And the RV parks are not the best and are I. Some pretty shady areas. Unfortunately, my wife’s brother lives outside of SLC, so have to visit, occasionally. But, we do not stay in SLC. I live in Central Oregon, and it is a hard state to beat for all around living.
Canada? Will you do Canada? Thats we are, it's a great place to visit, so many things to see and do and less crowded than the USA. Come to Canada. I will show you how to do wet plate, how to make Ambrotypes, pictures on glass.
Hi Gerry! We love Canada! We’ve spent a lot of time in BC but have yet to do the Eastern Side. I’d love to learn all about your art. What part of Canada are you in? Thank you for watching!
Thanks guys for taking the time to answer our question about your travels. It is always a joy to watch your video's and the content. Have a safe travel. Looking forward to your next video.
Maybe you could get a toy hauler and do your art work in there because you could turn a toy hauler anyway you want if you wanted to do that a little later
My husband and I were in the middle of a 3 week trip from Indiana to California. We were in the middle of our first day at Yosemite, when he said, “I can’t see out of one eye.” The next week and a half, was spent having retina surgery in Sacramento and then stopping at several eye surgeons across country. The entire time, Ted couldn’t raise his head. You both need to be able to comfortably drive the rv.
OMG! The La Veta Inn! I loved that place! I’ve been following your channel (love it!) and didn’t realize who you were. I thought you looked familiar but didn’t make the connection. I’d love to connect with you. If there’s a way to do that (we’re in AZ for the winter) let me know!
Not to beat a dead horse, but the pilot/flight attendant analogy only works if the pilot is in good health. I would have no problem being taken care of in the back of the plane by a pilot, but I would have some concern if the flight attendant was at the controls of the aircraft. So at the very least, trip planners, cleaners, cooks and “ flight attendants” need to have some experience at the controls.
Tammy the dig about the holes in the rig make me LOL🤣🤣But on a more serious note you really need to get comfortable towing. If you aren't already following Downsizing Makes Cents be sure to check out what they went through last year. Luckily the RV Community came together to help her where they could, but not knowing how to handle everything put her in a pickle. I had the same discussion about our Bucket List with somebody last week. I think we need a bigger bucket. Keep doing what you're doing with the channel and thanks for sharing.
Thank you!! Yes, you are correct and yes, we did see their videos 😬. Glad he’s doing much better! We also need a bigger bucket! Love that. Appreciate you tagging along!
Always enjoy your video. Thank you for making them. I would vote for a photography excursion meet-up. Maybe you could do a few over time in different areas of the country? All the best, Wayne
Tammy and Scott, great answers. I cannot wait to see Tammy tow😉. A photography excursion meet-up would be awesome. Thank you for sharing. Peace and Safe Travels
@@TilFurtherNotice I tried just the regional passes first. I really used it a lot. When I get back to full time (off the road now for family illness), I plan to get an elite membership so I can stay longer and go park to park. The campgrounds are hit and miss, although more hits than misses. And it just saves so much money.
Hey Jasper has a little pink nose like my kitty, Dot! Just like it! And I used to own a seasonal business too.. I feel you man 3 months of panic followed by 9 months of boorish terror.. ugh. I can never let anyone else drive either.. And there's free camping (boondock) up the White River just under Mt Rainier! You must come back! I will show you I used to boondock up there myself.. I'd have to go scout for a rig your size but I know they are up there.. I have to go watch your SLC Video now, I subbed after I think I haven't seen it yet.. Juicy!
Hiya Danny! Jasper says “meow” 😉. You sound like you know the grind of a seasonal small business! I think you might be speaking of the same spot some fellow RVer friends found near Rainer?! Appreciate you tagging along!
Another great episode!!! Bob is all in for a photo safari. BTW, we have scheduled a week at Sunset Point RV Park in Lubec as the culmination of our cross-country trip this Fall based on your experience there, for the first week in October. Just hoping it won't be too cold! Bob would love to hear how you organize your pass-through and front storage bays. Tammy, you have get behind the wheel, Bob encourages me to drive the straight-aways on interstates for an hour or two, but I agree with you, I'm not comfortable driving in town or in traffic... I leave that to him. Warm regards, Callie
Hi Bob and Callie! So awesome you will be up at sunset! You’ll probably have stunning colors that time of year! I’ll drive the next time we move 😉. Thanks for your support! Fun to connect with you both!
Have you stayed in places that made you appreciate the local inhabitants for their hardiness to survive like Florida in the summer along with all of our dangerous creatures.
I love Sundays so I can catch up with you both. I really appreciate your honesty and have really enjoyed your Q&As. I learn more every time I watch your videos. If I’m going to be the driver then I want to see you at the wheel. Even if you don’t do it permanently it would be better to know that you have the confidence to drive anywhere just incase of illness or something unexpected. See you both next week 🥰⭐️🕊️💫

Haha! We will do more in the future if you all want! Always wanted to see antelope canyon! Travel safe 🤗
Need to come up with a better strategy but for now that’s what we do 😉
See I’m not the only ones that think you should be comedians! Love tagging along on your travels!
🤣. Thank you Sandra!!!
Shy??? You guys should be comedians 😆 would love to meet up and chit-chat. We've been rving in LaVita Colorado but think i told you that before. Very good QA answered some my wondering 😉 Safe travels and enjoy 😁🚍❤️
🤣 we really are shy.. most of the time. Closet comedians 😉🤣. I forgot about your mention of LaVeta! Hope you two are doing great!!
SCOTT, DON'T FEEL BAD. MY WIFE DOESN'T DRIVE EITHER. SHE CAN. SHE WON'T.
🤣
Glad to know your bucket list isn't getting any shorter. Means you're enjoying what your doing. I'll definitely have to check out your website. Want to get a piece of artwork to hang in my place. Enjoy Florida. Till Next Time. 👋
Hi Wayne! It’s a great big world out there with endless discoveries. Thanks for checking out the website! 🤗
@@TilFurtherNotice Big hugs back!! 🤗
Excellent video as always! Scott, you are an amazing artist and photographer. Can’t believe you owned an inn.
Thank you Cecilia! You made Scott’s day! 🤗
Hi Kristi! Just not a long enough season but it was haunted 😉. The ghost town was so fun! Happy you enjoyed that one too!
Yes, Oregon is the winner ❤️ It's a beautiful state but our beaches are amazing. Agree with you on Salt Lake City too, we usually take a side road to go around it. Thanks for the videos, love following you.
We totally agree Tamara! Beautiful 😍. Thank you for following along!
Photo Safari, I’m in! We are also full time RV-ers in our VanLeigh. We are wintering in FL, also. Will you be at the Tampa RV Show? Enjoy your videos, thank you.
Hi Karen! So fun to connect with a fellow Vanleigh full timer!! Not sure we will be able to make the show this year? Keep in touch. Maybe we can meet!
Hi Michael! You’ve got to do what you’ve got to do 🤣. Oregon us fabulous! Enjoy it for us!
Our pleasure Tom! Thanks for comments! We had a lot of fun sharing our story and experience!
Maybe you could get a toy hauler and do your art work in there because you could turn a toy hauler anyway you want if you wanted to do that a little later
Hi Jim! We used to talk about that when we had our bigger Solitude but no way I’m talking Scott into a bigger rig again 🤣. Thank you for watching!
Your welcome and i always watch your videos
My husband and I were in the middle of a 3 week trip from Indiana to California. We were in the middle of our first day at Yosemite, when he said, “I can’t see out of one eye.” The next week and a half, was spent having retina surgery in Sacramento and then stopping at several eye surgeons across country. The entire time, Ted couldn’t raise his head. You both need to be able to comfortably drive the rv.
So sorry to hear about that! Yes, we always talk about my need to drive and definitely need to make it happen. Hope all is well with you both now!
OMG! The La Veta Inn! I loved that place! I’ve been following your channel (love it!) and didn’t realize who you were. I thought you looked familiar but didn’t make the connection. I’d love to connect with you. If there’s a way to do that (we’re in AZ for the winter) let me know!
It’s a small world Ellen! We haven’t owned it for many years. When were you there? You can email us on our website 😉
I know Harley! The horse has been well beat 😂. We will work on it!
Yea I hear ya I want to do that but I think the other half is no on board with the whole idea but we will see
We get it! Thanks for watching Brian!
Thank you Wayne and great idea!!! My wheels are turning on this concept now 😉
Tammy and Scott, great answers. I cannot wait to see Tammy tow😉. A photography excursion meet-up would be awesome. Thank you for sharing. Peace and Safe Travels
Hey friends! A photo excursion is right up your alley 😉. Thanks for the great questions and the challenge 😩🤣
I haven’t caught up with all of your past videos yet. Do you all have a Thousand Trails membership?
Hi Jody! No, we do not. Hasn’t really fit our travel style so far. Do you?
@@TilFurtherNotice I tried just the regional passes first. I really used it a lot. When I get back to full time (off the road now for family illness), I plan to get an elite membership so I can stay longer and go park to park. The campgrounds are hit and miss, although more hits than misses. And it just saves so much money.
Oh you newlyweds! I’m happy for you! We’ve been married 45 since November. Definitely not going full time though. Best wishes, Kevin from Missouri.
Wow Kevin! Amazing! Nice to hear from you!
@@TilFurtherNotice How’s the RA doing? Mine is little stiffness in fingers.
Oh absolutely! I used to live in Florida and we spent winter in the Oregon coast! It’s fun to feel like a local! Thank you for watching!
Got a nice place near Cape Cod if you're interested?
Hi Mark! Love that but doubt it’s in our budget 🤣. Thank you for watching!
Thank you Lorrie! Yes, I know I need to tow the beast for just in case! Will work on it! 🤗
Iam from utah and most of the people that dont live in salt lake city hate salt lake city too i live in tooele utah 30 miles from salt lake city and i hate salt lake city
🤣 glad we didn’t offend. We really love Utah!
I don't have an artist's bone in my body but, I love to write.
That’s definitely an artist bone Linda 😉🤗

Hey folks. The link is about a little town I thot you may like to check out sometime. It's in Michigan. Video may not suit you but the town might lol
Your videos are always so much fun (except S.L.C.U) It's great to know little tidbits about you and yours. My bucket list now includes a meet up with you guys lol. I sure hope we can make it work 💖💖
I just love seeing Scott's photos and paintings...he is so talented!! And Tammy...your videos have really improved since you started!! Not that there's anything noticeably wrong with the older ones. In fact until I watched a couple of older ones, then some new ones, I never noticed. But your time and talents are showing too!
I have a question...what kind of dog is Gracie? She looks like a mini Greyhound, but I don't even know if that's a thing lol
Take care! Happy glamping! Enjoy Florida - and stay safe!!!
Thanks Dawn! We'd love to meet you too! Appreciate the info and super kind words! Gracie is an Italian Greyhound, so essentially yes, a mini 😂
Hope you are doing great!!
