His gallop on the double bass is my favorite of any drummer I have ever listened to.
Yeah Casey has some awesome jazz-vibe groove in his playing. So very tasty but also precise.
I was there,it was the first concert I been to and it was awesome plus I got to see my other favorite bands singer,Floor !
When i discovered Kamelot, my first observation was that Casey Grillo is freaking amazing (aside of Roy), and also he greatly reminds me of Jukka Nevalainen, they way he play is so entertaining and inspiring... true showman
But a lot better in the technical sense than Jukka.

Just can't believe Grillo left Kamelot, which published the third top-end album in a row last Spring, plays in the biggest fests, etc. for Queensryche, a band still couldn't climb out of the hole after missing their main songrwriter, publishes poor album one by one since decades...:(
He had some time in between. Besides... kamelot is way more busy and Casey has a business to run I believe. He make drumheads for high profile people. Look it up. But yeah... he was awesome with them

The new singer is really neat. Not Kahn but music is not about being someone else
