So act fast! Find secured shelters upland to house those hundreds of thousands safe during the battering storm! And plenty of food, rice or plenty of bread and water in the aftermath of the storm's onslaught to save everyone!
The LGU's together with the National gov't should now start building huge concrete shelters everywhere in Bicol, Southern Luzon, etc complete with facilities to house thousands of evacuees in the future!
