It`s Telekanal Inter from Ukraine and Buky/CHFKRRT transmitter The power is 50 KW and the distance is around 2.000 kilometers. Great distance! The frequency is 49.7396 (Russian channel R1, the european channel E2)
Nice Analogue E skip, Buky Puky is still jumping in the air :) Buky is a name for a dog What i ment to say is that this transmitter is still on air, and the power is 17 not 50 it is on OIRT-TV1 / R1 on 49.75
Good Morning Danut, thanks for your feedback :) Great to hear that this frequency is still on air :) Hopefully this signal will come again via E-Skip one day before they switch this off. Cheers 73!
@@ParamDxer Yes, across the country they had switched off a couple of Transmitters in 2019, hope also to catch it soon, Are you gonna do in 2021 DX on the OIRT band, i'm curious to see how do you catch OIRT stations :)
It's a great shame that there is nothing on Band I anymore. I used to enjoy TVDXing via Sporadic E. It was great fun when I started experimenting 40 years ago!!
KSN's Tech Topics you are right now friend, it is more exciting and interesting to catch something through SpE, sadly this era has ended :/ The only way we can catch E-Skip moments is through FM until this lasts as well. 73!
Hello my friend, this is called SpE wherein signals travel by cloud over the long distance. We are currently in this season but it has weakened and only few left on VHF Band I. Cheers 73!
Is it necessary to use some kind of special antenna for this? And should she be put in some position? And if it's somehow important, then I'm from the city of Gryazovets (this is Russia)
