I think the figures of turnover are not accurate Because unka 1 polyhouse 25 tons kr rha hai and if we take 100rs avg rate toh 25 lacs toh ek polyhouse ka turnover hai aise unke 4 hai toh 1cr toh 4 polyhouse ka hee hogaya aur baaki ke 26 acre ka alag! Please let me know what i am missing here?

Not much income on 30 acre He is 90's pass-out engineer He may have been earning similar amount in job but to me only plus is self employed and peace which is rare to found in corporate world
He left is job after 4 years and moved to real estate so that means job was not good. His upcoming generations will have advantage of continuing businesses from an advanced stage instead of working as a fresher. No AI tension, job loss people always need food to eat.
You tuber is always exaggerating, it's not easy to earn profit by perishable items, there is always risk, however, who want to start farm must try with small scale with affordable investment,so that experience can be gained , even if loss incurred is incurred , it should not make you a pauper. If small scale gives you profit, the quantity can be increased with experience.

भाई इतना पैसे लगा के इतना सब कुछ कर के इतनी मेहनत कर के 30 एकड़ 50से 80 लाख(time 35:25) कमाते हैं उसमें से 50 % खर्च आ जाता है 25 से 35 लाख कमाते हैं बहुत अच्छा खेती कर रहे हैं इसे तो अच्छा है 65000*30=1950000 तो जमीन ठेके पे दे के भी 20 लाख कमा सकते हैं ना कुछ करना ना ही पैसे लगाने ना कोई खतरा ना कोई रिस्क और जो 12 लाख 1 एकड़ के पोली हॉउस पे लगाए (time 19:10 पे बोला) इस हिसाब से तो 30एकड़*12लाख=3 कऱोड 60 लाख खर्च किया आप के हिसाब से पर आप से कुछ गलती हुई मुझे लगता है शायद 1 पाली हाउस पे 12लाख *5=60 लाख हो पर कोई बात नही जो भी है इस पैसे को भी 2011 से 60 लाख को बैंक में फिक्स कर देते तो 12 साल में भाई 7.5%के ब्याज से भी 1.5करोड़ तो बो भी हो जाते अब तक पर चलो जो भी है सही है भाई कोई गलती हो तो माफी चाहूंगा

Na bhai , mene bhi dekha. 4 acre/polyhouse ki hai 25000 kg ( 250 quintal) selling at Rs 200 = 50 lakhs. So per acre revenue is 12.5 lakhs
Just a suggestion, if you do some experiments of spreading mulch on one path way.... it may create more friendly organisms & the produce can increase.
