THE MINISTER OF HEALTH,HON.BERNARD OKO BOYE FORMALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO ASANTEHENE

The Minister for Health, Hon Bernard Oko Boye today, June 26, 2024, formally introduced himself to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace.
He used the occasion to assure Otumfuo of his commitment to completing key health facilities to optimize healthcare delivery to residents.
He was accompanied by the Deputy Minister for Health, Hon Adelaide Ntim, the Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Dr Patrick Kuma Aboagye, the Ashanti Regional Director of Health Services, Dr Emmanuel Tenkorang the Chairman of the GHS Council, Dr Sefa Sarpong Bediako and others.

So did Otumfuo force this delegation to go to his palace to pay homage and to seek his blessings?
Hell NO!
They themselves painstakingly make arrangements to see the Otumfuo.
Even world leaders make arrangements to go to the palace to pay homage to the Otumfuo because the world recognises him as the Supreme Traditional Leader in the geographical area now called Ghana.
The nomenclature of King or Chief or Omanhene or any other doesnt matter.
The reverence, the recognition, the authority, the pomp, the resources, etc are the most important variable, not titles.
Be educated and accept what God has ordained.
As a matter of factly, all leaders cannot be of same stature.
All Presidents are Presidents but you can equate their stature.
Who can say that the stature of Prez of Ghana 🇬🇭 is same as the Prez of USA 🇺🇸

Your history is your image and power Otumfuo and Ashantis have great war history, so this is not bitterness and jealousy is how their great grandfathers stand and sacrifice themselves just to defend the golden stool whiles others drinking champagne and canned beef with the whites
