One theory, that I’ve read, links Sir Clement Freud (who was a Politician & exposed child abuser), also extremely wealthy & owning a Villa very close by to the McCann family. They (allegedly) shared more than drinks and entertainment. Of course, with power & money, anything can ‘go away’ and it is horrific how people can escape justice. I’ve often felt that the parents had much more to do with it and that medication was involved. (One theory was accidental overdose of sleeping meds), as the children could not settle. We all will have our own theories and hopefully one day, for Maddie- I pray that she gets some justice. No child should suffer as she did. It makes me feel so physically ill when I think about what she must have went through. I’ve always thought Maddy was stolen to order and she was literally the sacrificial lamb.
Literally a 1/4 mile from where the McCanns were staying the TV personality Clement Freud had a property. He befriended the McCanns after the disappearance. Freud In 2016, seven years after his death, three women made public allegations of child sexual abuse and rape by Freud, which led to police investigations.
Allegedly staying with Freud at the time of Maddys abduction, Freud had Houseguests…The Podesta Brothers who are close Friends of Marina Abramovich the performance Artist and alleged Satanist who years ago was notorious for her ‘spirit cooking’.
The Podesta Brothers were key Players on the Washington political scene. Part of that clique was Huma Mahmood Abedin is an American political staffer who was vice chair of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign for President of the United States. Prior to that, Abedin was deputy chief of staff to Clinton, who was U.S. Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.
Her husband was Anthony David Weiner is an American former politician and convicted sex offender.
Add to the mix the Swiss Artist Maria Marshall whose work has fired the imagination of Conspiracy Theorists.
Tony Podesta and his ex-wife Heather, collected her work which is what led to Marshall attracting the attention of Pizzagate adherents, as reported by the Washington Post.
All of which could have nothing to do with the case and can be attributed to co-incidence.
However, you mentioned ‘sacrifice’ which prompted the above.

It was reported at the beginning that Kate, her mother, had shouted 'They've taken her' Which implies she knew who 'they' were. Perhaps she had known it would happen but not where and when. There is a lighthouse on an island near to where she was taken, Lighthouse of Cabo de São Vicente, I'm sure this has come up in other investigations. The parents always appeared to be hiding some truth, I believe they refused a lie detector test. The whole affair has been such a mystery that to hear this explanation no longer sounds impossible.

Lol Cindy, That’s happened to me before! I was listening to a reading that was at a creepy part, and I suddenly hear what sounds like a man gasping for breath, and then groaning like he’s dying! Sent chills down my body, as I was home alone. I jumped up and started sneaking through my house as the noises continued, only to find my 120 pound male German Shepard passed out on the bathroom floor tiles, snoring his head off! I guess the acoustics were helping it sound super loud and creepy…but it sure sounded like a grown man was getting ready to cross over. 🤣🤪.

It got to a point where I could not sleep if they were not snoring cause I'd stress that something was wrong if no sound were coming from them. I can't tell you how many times I'd rush to them in the middle of the night and just watch their bellies to see if they were breathing and then with a sigh of relief go back to bed. 😂 . Re: "9 o'clock at night is when this transpired, yeah". Officially, Gerry McCann is the last person to claim that he saw Madaleine alive on May 3rd 2007, when he told Portugal's Policia Juridicia that he returned to their holiday apartment 5A soon after 9pm and looked in on the children in their bedroom, saw Madaleine in her bed and the twins in their cot or cots, had a proud papa moment as he gazed at them, then readjusted the position of the bedroom door back to the angle the parents had left it before they'd left for dinner. He told police thst when he came to do his check on the children he'd noticed the bedroom door opened wider than they'd left it, and had assumed that Madaleine had at some point got out of bed and left her room.
