I like the Laura Mercier caviar sticks as they are so easy and quick to apply. Kiko and ELF also do very similar eyeshadow sticks, I they are like dupes for it
I highly recommend the Too Faced liquid matte shadows, especially Chocolate Malt. We use the same complexion shades but I'm in my early 40s and hooded eyes...the TF mattes are so good! I will try the smashbox one too. Great vid!

As satisfied as I am with my makeup collection, part of me is annoyed with my younger self for buying so many dang eyeshadow palettes. Similar to the others, I just can’t be bothered blending more than one or two eyeshadows on my eyes these days. I just want to look presentable without having to think much about how many colors I need to put on my eyes, y’know? I will continue to use the palettes I own, but I’m with you guys on the single shadow train. Will look into the ones in the video since Dacey and I have a similar coloring and they look incredible!
Also, if you guys are looking for something matte and a bit more “my eyelids but a little more sultry”, Bobbi Brown Camel is the perfect everyday eyeshadow. It looks similar to MAC Uninterrupted, but I bought it when it was still discontinued. It’s pretty much just a warm brown with a yellow ochre undertone. Super basic, but very flattering! :)
