- How to make Iron man arc reactor using the most basic materials at home. I based the arc reator's design on google photos. I used Hot glue stick, bronze wire, metal wires, popsicle sticks, zip tie, dvd case, flash light, led strip, silver foil and illustration board.

Quick question! How would you recommend merging this design and your more recent one?
I want to use this design, but the newer version is less bulky, so more adaptable for the chest prosthetic I'm making for cosplay.
Of all of the DIY Arc reactors I've seen that don't include 3D printed parts. This is by far the best.
I made one for my son.
Mine was 3D printed with parts from a number of models already made by others with a few parts of my own thrown in too.
So I appreciate just how much work went into making this.

I did make a stand for the one I made my son.
Not the 'Proof ring' as I wanted my son to be able to handle it and the proof ring versions don't make it easy to remove.
Soon I'll post my stand. =)
