Does this have the same issue as the KTC monitor with unstable brightness levels depending on the content being displayed? You dont notice it in gamws but on the desktop it can be distracting
Hey Johnny. 2 things for OLEDs are brightness or lack thereof and text clarity in Mac and Windows. If you still have the monitor, can you comment on those?
This is a 27" 1440p display, which is the same resolution as the old Apple Thunderbolt Display. It will have correct scaling for Mac OS, but it won't be retina resolution that the newer 5K Apple Studio Display has. If you're used to the retina screens as most of us are these days with Apple, this Innocn display won't appear crisp enough. It's still a fantastic display though for the money.
@ a) has said to leave comments and questions at the end of the video b) it's a subtle bit of feedback about a subject he should have probably included anyway.
When you have monitors that's offbrand like this with names like yahakur lol or some odd name like INNOCN or so stay away from it in some ways i bet it not as good and monitors are coming down in price. You can find samsung lg monitors that are oled's in that price and im 100% sure they better options then this These monitors for for those that don't know any better and in most cases you get what you pay for. Like this is a OLED but i bet they cheap out on so many areas its a very entry entry level oled to where you kinda cant tell it.
From what I have heard on the Internet they use b grade lg and samsung oled panels which may slightly underperform vs an A grade screen but not In any perceivable way. The biggest deciding factor is the lack of oled care options which could potentially limit it's long term durability. On the other hand lg oled panels have been seen to be quite durable.
@ I still wouldn’t trust it and I wouldn’t go off what you heard. Still cheap models and they don’t last. Get a Samsung lg asus or Msi. If a brand is called iffymay or some off brand name like some of these monitors coming out is a a instant pass
@DETERMINOLOGY I agree with you I almost took the risk buy the innocn qd-oled ultrawide 34q1r for $550. I ended up buying AOC agon'sversion of the same qd oled ultrawide for $600. Haven't seen any reviews, but the manual showing its features are readily available on their website. It has a ton of oled care features that can be customized.
@@DETERMINOLOGYInnocn is good though.. been using their displays for my second setup and my displays have been fine for years. Different brands do exist, just because they're unknown doesn't mean they're bad. Of course I would rather use my 4K 240 Hz qdoled panel and 1440p 175hz qdoled UW.. But for the price, these monitors are good. I really don't understand the people like you who thinks just because they haven't heard of it, means it must be terrible. 😂💀 I've had an LG panel die on me within a year, and that monitor was 1200..So what's your point? It's even funnier considering that the only times I've had issues, is with the high end monitors that come from well-known brands. Displays I've paid 1k+ for.
@ I don’t base it off you. I don’t mess with off brands. Sure they can have the same panel but other stuff around it is cheap and they cheap out. I might as well by from a brand called u kong or something lol I already have and lg monitor im good no issues and I stick to what I know
Great review!

My experience with this monitor seems to have some kind of issue with the gamma, or something. Things kinda clip at high brightness

more videos about this monitor
Does it have a KWM switch?
Why would you ask somebody who's probably not going to respond when you can just go look it up yourself
