RUTHMANN STEIGER ® T 720 - Discover new dimensionsn

The new RUTHMANN STEIGER ® T 720 celebrates its world premiere at bauma in Munich 2013, Germany. With its 72 m working height and 38 m lateral reach, this STEIGER ® innovation features outstanding performance data.
The boom concept of the T 720 is exactly the same as the one featured on the first HEIGHT performance STEIGER ® T 460 and T 540 models. It consists of an extended, telescoping, movable jib (RÜSSEL ®) The advantages are clear. Compared to previous models in this class, operators now have an extra 5.5 m of upper boom length (nearly 20 m total reach) at their disposal.
The movable jib (RÜSSEL®) has been extended by 2 m. Combined with the rotating/telescoping working cage work can now be carried out "behind" objects with the greatest degree of flexibility.
With compact overall dimensions -- total vehicle length of just 13.7 m and height of only 3.99 m -- coupled with the fully-variable support mechanism, the T 720 can easily carry out assignments in cramped inner-city conditions and congested areas.
With this new development the German manufacturer has once again proven its competency in the truck-mounted aerial platform business.
Let us put all these factors together and come to one simple conclusion: STEIGER ® T 720 -- is the crowning of the HEIGHT performance series.
Already in the spring of 2012 appeared the STEIGER ® T 460 and in autumn the STEIGER ® T 540. For 2013 RUTHMANN will complete the series with two other models T 380 & T 630.
