    I could see the Yankees offering Rizzo a coaching position. He's always seemed like a leader and a teacher. I could see him becoming a very good MLB manager in the future.

    5/125? I’ve never been more sure of anything than that Burnes is getting more than that. There would be 18 teams in on him at that price

      The Brewers would have kept him if they could’ve resigned him for 5/125. It’ll be more like 5/200 or 6/240

    Mets will definitely be in the market for an ace, but I’d say Burnes is a far more likely bet than Snell to be that guy. I’d also say that Pete is their priority at the right market price, and if they can’t re-sign him, they’ll almost certainly move Vientos back to 1st and pursue Bregman or Adames to play 3rd base.

    personally, if the Yankees continue to ignore their issues with Pitching, i don't even care if they keep Soto because then what's the point. pitching is extremely important and they continue to act like it doesn't matter. i want them to keep Soto, but they NEED to address their pitching.

    I can definitely see pivetta to the cardinals. It helps Bloom traded for him previously and is now taking on an expanded role in st louis

    The Detroit Tigers should target a Right handed hitter with Power. Alex Bergman at third would be a great addition.

      While Flaherty will be a Fine addition for some team, the Tigers main Need is an everyday Right handed Hitter, that could be slotted in the No. 2 spot in the Batting order. A player like Bregman to start the Season is more important to the Tigers. Their needs for more Pitching can be addressed during the Season or at the Trade deadline.

I just think that the Tigers are only a Big Bat away and signing a Veteran, while that isn't a guarantee of success, is important at this point in the Tigers development. Whoever they get, I hope they become a teammate that doesn't hamper the atmosphere of the Tigers clubhouse. Go Tigers

    If the Mets don’t sign Soto they will sign Burnes… how do you miss that one!? Stearns signs his old ace to put this rotation over the top! Burnes and Senga is scary and barring a hopeful playoff splash for Pete he will be on his way out the door barring he takes a lot less money then he thought he would receive!

    For Mets Soto is a lot of money which handicap other areas to spend in. You can get Bregman and Burnes and resign Alonso and Manea ,All those together for the same amount of money for Soto. I prefer that route instead.

    Why should the Tigers spend when the current system is working. Develop rookies to throw 50+ pitches and never have your pitchers face batters more than twice. Aj Hinch has revolutionized how pitching rotations operate.

      @@olliverklozov2789 Honestly for the O's he'd fit in perfect if we sadly lose burns. Grayson at the 1, Efflin at the 2, Fried at the 3, Kremer at the 4, and Povich/Suarez the 5. Once Braddish returns, you slid him at the top, and move everyone down a slot.

    The New York Yankees need to target Juan Soto first and foremost, get him re-signed and then go after infielders. We need 2 infielders. We need a first baseman and we need a second baseman once that’s all figured out then some bullpen arms but the only target that I need my team to absolutely get is Juan Soto resigned if we don’t win the World Series this season then signing Soto is an absolute must.

    If you think SP is the main target for the Tigers, then you haven't paid enough attention to them. Next year it will be Skubal, Jobe, Montero, Mize, and Olson and that will probably be more than enough with the bullpen arms. Hinch has totally changed the SP game. What the Tigers need is more right handed hitting power, especially at 3B. Alex Bregman (especially with the relationship with Hinch) should be their number 1 target. Other than that, dump Baez.

    Giants will not be going after a first baseman. Bryce Eldridge should be up next year, and even Farhan(who I assume won't be around next year, but point still stands) has said they don't want to block Eldridge. I think it is very likely they sign Ha-seong Kim since they need a middle infielder, and he's best friends with Jung-hoo Lee.

    I feel bad for the A's. I actually think their lineup is pretty good, at least their top 5. They should add a few relievers and probably a starter. All the moves they made just for the sake of spending money were horrible. Wood, Stripling, Diaz, etc. Signing a bum like Gallo or Soroka would be just throwing away money.
    With that said, I see it happening lol.

      Maybe actually accomplish something before acting like that. Historically, since the 60s, teams are built from within the system AND from improvements found via trade and free agency. If you have money coming off the books and can afford to get a top starter, why wouldn't you? Just because you like Jackson Jobe, doesn't mean the rotation wouldn't be helped by spending money on a very good pitcher. Or spending to fill a hole in the lineup, or bullpen.
      Ask A's fans how not spending works out.

      @@snerdterguson The Detroit Tigers have rebuilt from within And improvements via Trade or free agency are upcoming this off-season. While Pitching is Usually the main target, in the Tigers case, a Right handed Hitter with power that can play everyday is a must to compliment this young Team.
