Guys its not speed up, hes playing a PAL game on an NTSC console, thats why its faster than normal

The only thing sped up is the music, and that's because it's a poorly optimized PAL game running in NTSC.
TAS it is, but I think it's correct speed. Pal version runs slower and this is most probably US version which is faster.
