Haven't heard this since the mid 80s. The drive-thru speakers are quite a bit better nowadays and a lot of places have digital displays in the drive-thrus, but anyone who remembers those damn speakers in the 80s or even 90s or earlier can totally relate to this. Hilarious.
Omg I have been looking for this forever. My dad is in the hospital and we were talking about this skit. I can't believe I found it. Thanks for posting it.
I hadn't heard this shit since high school. You made my Goddamn life posting this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this song! wEiRd thing is, KUBE 93.3 in Seattle would always say it was Bruce Willis doing the song. I don't think he had anything to do with this song, did he?
I remember the air staff on KUBE saying this was Bruce Willis, too. Kind of does sound like something he would have done. The folks at KUBE played this right about the time Bruce released The Return Of Bruno. I typed Bruce Willis Cheeseburger and this popped up on Google
It's been awhile but it wasn't Bruce Willis. It was Stevens & Grdnic. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stevens_%26_Grdnic And a video: th-cam.com/video/8fJLdi_t99E/w-d-xo.html
Hey I'm looking for an old adult comedy song called "fast food fornication". Can't find any mention of it on the net so it's very rare. It links a lot of sexual references with fast food restaurants like Wendy's and Burger King. If anyone thinks they know it please hit me up with a response.
Ooh! Linear tracking turntable! Did it also have the infrared laser that would scan the record, looking for smooth spots, so it would play individual tracks?
Nah. This was a Realistic LAB-2000. All it had was cue controls and auto start and return. It's from 1983. www.radioshackcatalogs.com/html/1983/hr021.html
@@PINKBOY1006 Thanks for the response! Makes me wonder how many kids these days would have any idea what we're talking about. Speaking of which, I need to go yell at somebody to get off my lawn.
I played this for my grandmother in the hospital just before she died. She went laughing. Thanks for the smile.
That brought back LOADS of memories. Awesome. Thanks.
