Why can't they just bring back Metal Series? Ryuga, Kyoya, Ginka, Tsubasa.. these were just awesome fights. I would literally buy every Metal Bey they release
I swear to god if it’s a crap burst series I’m gonna be pissed. Metal series was and always will be the best version of all beyblade. I hate how dumbed down burst beys are compared to metal beys.

I'm hoping, if it is Gen 3.5, they only keep it for the anniversary and go into a Gen 4 later on. I have no issues with Burst, but I think it will kill a lot of the momentum the beyblade community has gained as a whole to find out that we aren't getting something new.
I emailed Hasbro and gave them a long rant for metal fight to get rereleased and they told me there's no plans for metal fight. Burst may or may not finally leave but I don't think metal fight will come back, not in a huge scale at least

The only thing I'm curious about is your process of Authentication, how do you find out if one of your metal fight Beyblades is authentic or not?
Glad you received your product and are enjoying it! The reason we can say with such confidence that our products are 100% authentic, non-midfake beys is because of two things: 1. Our supplier in Japan only sells authentic beys, that were obtained before midfakes even came out. 2. We have a team of MFB enthusiasts that authenticate each individual item as an extra precautionary to guarantee authenticity. This includes checking facebolts for codes, comparing stickers, as well as any other distinguishable features that separate authentic beys from midfake beys. Im not sure which silhouette you're talking about but if you're talking about like the image of the first Valkyrie then: there's a theory i saw online that maybe in the next issue of corocoro they'll show a image of a pegasis and after that one is a dragoon to be like 3, 2, 1 and then show like a huge announcement about the new gen but it's just some speculations. There's also the moment where when they were announcing BU for some reason they showed a silhouette of a old beyblade from DB so maybe could be that
So I can't really speak on Burst BU sales because I don't have those numbers (c-19 could've also had an effect on sales) but given how long burst has been going on for, I wouldn't be surprised if TT just got bored with the burst system, looking at the timeline of Beyblade burst products, the burst gimmick was kinda being counteracted in Cho-Z and the introduction of burst stoppers since Cho-Z I got the feeling that TT regretted the burst gimmick, and on the subject of Cho-Z, with the shift to a new protagonist and the whole Metal on top of the layer, and the introduction of burst stoppers, it felt like the plan was to end Beyblade burst with Cho-Z but it just kept selling. Now about crossover/gen 4: In Takara Tomy's latest fiscal year report, they stated that Beyblade is now considered an Evergreen product, so its basically continually relevant, and in that same report, they said they were "working on the new generation of Beyblade." and with the "something new happening to Valkyrie" it could be valkyrie in a new Beyblade system, hell this crossover event could be each generation's protagonists beys remade in a new Beyblade system. this is all conjecture but it'd be cool
