@@vacuumelite2065 That lock is hell. Having to do that everytime you open AND close the lock. And if it's dark and you drop the pin and can't find it 😂
This channel is an addiction now lol. I can't say enough how well it was put together with magic, card tricks and puzzles! Keep up the awesome content!
Opening this lock is like bedding a woman. You can't just stick it in and it won't open... you can't use force, that's not allowed. Using tricks with your pin doesn't work either... but if you stick it in WHILE working your pin you get all the way in. And then you just have to remember to pull out at the right moment and she's opened :) Maybe that's why they call it the B(itch) Lock.
chris, i came across your channel and i love it. im obsessed with watching you figure out the puzzles. its so interesting to see the whole process. keep em coming!
Dude literally just yesterday I was thinking about this puzzle and wondering if you try to solve it even tho you already did the other one, and here you are!
I remember seeing your video for the DanLock (in fact, I still watch it every now and then) and I was blown away by it. This lock looks equally cool! That little pin hidden in the key is a clever touch.
If chastity belts were still a thing I'd be calling Chris every day, like "um...yeah, I er...so...the little pin sprung out and...just, um...come over, and hurry up...😳"
I started watching your videos and thought, "back ground noise." I am three videos in now. You, sir, got your self a sub. Keep at it with the fun puzzles!
I would call this the block lock, because of the fact that it’s a blocking mechanism that prevents you from opening it. Thus of course the pin unblocks it
If all TH-camrs had your sense of taste and production and used YOUR type of music. I am in LOVE with 3 of your tunes. This "ladali" thing is utterly fulfilling.
The little hole on the side is also used to filter out water so the lock doesn't rust. The creater even said it can be used as an ordinary lock after been opened. Great vid as well.
Love the videos Chris and love you so much you're amazing😊😊 but please please, I've commented this to loads of your other videos, please do a tour of your house with all your stuff and shelves and puzzles on the shelves just to remind us, please!!!!! Still love you!
I just received this lock from Art of Play and solved it in less than a minute. I actually paused your video so I wouldn't see any spoilers and still found it too easy! ugh!!!! I want my money back but I STILL LOVE YOUR VIDEOS (and you!!!!!).
lock pickers laught at this its a shit lock with a gimmick not a problem what so ever to shim it but i bet you could easily pick it too thats why it says you cant use other tools to open it
The first tumbler in the lock is extended far enough to block the key from entering. In order to push the key in, the pin needs to physically push the tumbler back, but in doing so blocks the key's way itself. By putting gentle force on the key while pulling the pin back, the tumbler gets set against the lock and allows the key to push it and the other tumblers back normally. From there it's a simple tumbler offset. Excellent lock, regardless, would probably stymie a normal lock-pick for a solid half-hour.
I got this lock and did not watch your video until I figured it out. It took me about 45 minutes to find the pin, but then I got it almost immediately. My pin definitely doesn't just fall out like yours did. Any ways, love the videos!
I think this is actually the coolest puzzle I've seen you solve. Seems like it's the perfect level of difficulty and complexity, and it's awesome that you can actually use it as a lock. That being said, I think 100$ is a bit of a ridiculous price :(
I love your vlogs & I mean no respect as I really love your work. But as a viewer & subscriber of your channel, I want to let you know that I don't watch these puzzle videos because I want to solve them myself! I think these are a interesting way to advertise for puzzles & boost your channel, but I always feel guilty because I want to support but I don't want to spoil a challenge for myself. I don't expect or want you to change anything, I just wanted to let you know. Much love, Chris!!

No I knew the second the bar fell out and I'm a little pissed it took him that long. He is a grown ass man and I'm 14. I figured it out at least 3 times faster than he did
I must be honest, up until this video I had no clue what to do on the puzzles you solved. But this one... oh ye this one I had an idea how to solve it on the first try. I saw the small hole on the lock and I was already thinking something about the key and bam! There is the small pin. After putting the pin and the key not going in, I thought about the lockpicking technique but with the pin and key in cause I've been watching the lockpick channel and ye I was right. Man I feel so proud of myself lmao
Puzzle videos on TH-cam seem to generate a lot of views no matter the content. I think it's just natural that everybody's interested in a puzzle right up until the methods revealed. I know for me it will remain satisfying until the puzzles start to have similar methods. I guess it's learning the different ways to appear to "lock" an item, whether it's an actual lock or just a closed box, is what's interesting. I like imagining combining methods. The box Chris had to spin to open was so dissatisfying for me because *spoiler* I own Hanayama's Compass, */spoiler* which I love. I think it's the same with the magic tutorials, people just want methods as long as it's different than what they already know, otherwise, not so interesting. I however am a fan of Chris' videos and will continue to watch, until the content and music and b roll is shit, which probably won't happen. Great vid, ty.
You know he's gonna solve that shit when the music stops. Ps. I just really admire the fact that you are so patient,I would take that lock and bring it to satan to burn it...
OK I was so satisfied when he first tried the pin I thought "do the lock first" and then when he did and it worked I was so happy bc I knew if it was in front of me I wouldn't have even gotten that far.
What would you use this lock for??
Chris Ramsay should I buy Ian Rowland cause I have already read Tricks of the mind

B. Lock/ Bump Lock
🤯
I don't think there is such a thing as a bump lock.
Bump key, sure.
Not Pulverman right. But you have to “bump” the lock to open it.
yeah. its named the B lock BECUASE B means bump! (man that sounds weird no that I have typed it)
True
Send it to the LockPickingLawyer to see if he can open it. That would be funny to see.

I bet there is a market for a roleplaying dating site which matches people with bondage fetishes with puzzle solving nerds!
Wishwader I don’t think that applies to chastity belts. :/
CT In the sense the person in bondage requests a puzzle solver to save their day.
Bro love your videos. Makes me wanna do puzzles but no money to buy any :/ cheers

What level is the lock where you take a key put it in the hole and twist 90 degrees to open the lock?
12/10
Level 11

The struggle is real. Thanks for sharing!
I got an ad for Penn and Teller's master class. Magic and puzzles, best thing ever.
cool lock, pickers will go mad
Idk about that. It seems the only purpose of the hidden pin was to lift the lock's #2 pin. Should be as easy as any other pin tumbler lock!
It would take 5 seconds to pick with traditional tools.
The second pin was too long, and blocked the key from entering.
You use the pin to push the pin down, allowing key to pass.
Done.
Also, the tolerances seemed very loose, making it easily shimmable.

1st step of lock puzzles: INSPECT THE KEY FOR SECRETS
It annoys me people don't inspect key till 10 minutes in and nothing works
FIrst time I was able to figure it out before Chris. Don't think that will ever happen again. Good job man

Is it worth buying? It looks cool but I don’t want to watch how to do it!!
It's worth like 8 dollars in my opinion.
If u already know how to pick locks(and know how locks work), don't buy it.
To a lock picker(big community) it takes 4 seconds to see the problem.
After finding the hidden pin, it takes like 10 seconds to open the lock.
This puzzle is very unsatisfying and obvious.
I thought I’ve seen some cool puzzles but this is the coolest

I find this lock real handy if you want to secure a vitally important stuff. But just tape out the pin to prevent from falling off or getting lost.
I was yelling "put the key fist then the pin!!" for like 5 minutes until you figured it out, and I was so happy when I was right lol.
