Are we some how offending them by mimicking that? The ONLY reason you think it's not okay is because you percieve discoloration, rosacea and untamed brows as "flaws" i have all of these things but i love them and if someone wants to use makeup to look like they have those things too then thats great! That means they think it's beautiful too the same way i get all glammed up to look like things they naturally have as well. No one looks the exact same when they take their makeup off lol it's not just you. I just dont get how this is remotely offensive that someone is literally putting makeup on to give themselves traits that you naturally have. Personally i think thats kickass.

I'm stuck here with my severe anemia where my dark circles are so dark that not even god damn shape tape can hide them and my rosacea which is so prominent at times it almost looks like acne on my cheeks, and these girls are putting my insecurities all over their face as make up? Then they get to go home at the end of the day, wash it all off and have their perfect skin back again, what the hell am I supposed to do?

I tried this the last couple of days and I kinda love it lol. I don't know why but it's so freeing. I just throw on a wash of some murky neutrals, a bit of light contouring and that's it. As much as I love super glam, full on lashes, heaps of shadow, lip products and highlight, it's nice to take a break from it sometimes. I like glam and natural looks but could never find a light, low maintenance look that I was happy with. Now I've definitely found one. It's so weird cuz it's almost the exact opposite of my usual look, but it totally works for me.
