Working to this precision is not easy, and requires continuous, dedicated, concentration. My guess is that XiaoXi inherited his tools, and his skills were passed down from his father, which is unusual these days, as most young men want to go to the city, and become IT experts. If they do, they exchange an 'idyllic' lifestyle for noise, crowding, and pollution of the city. I think this delightful combination of handicraft, linked to cooking must be unique on youtube.👍
