You have a good taste in music. The eighties have the best tunes. I like rock but I also enjoy pop of the eighties and the early nineties. Laura Branigan is one of my favourites, specially this song, it´s the best she sang. My mother also likes this music, that's why I listen to it almost everyday. I miss 80's dearly, but not for its awful music. It always felt like chewing cardboard. Even with Sina replacing the drum machine and Mike's excellent guitars, it still sounds flat. And the most heinous part missing, the costumes and hairdo! 😊 Sina, you are always amazing!

I remember a French teenage girl that always put a coin into the bar jukebox to listen to this song. I really liked the drums line, seems a little bit tricky, kind of discotheque music atmosphere. And I also liked the funky touch on guitar that made me think about “long train running “ high notes (7th I think). I think it takes a good voice to sing this song...RAF, the Italian singer who wrote this song had a beautiful voice and a great vocal range too. Anyway, I can just clap my hands too you and wish you a relaxing and hopefully warm and colorful spring. 🌷

Wow is all I have. That cover is better than the original by Laura Branigan. I say that as someone who absolutely loved this song when it was released in the 80's. Great arrangement and outstanding vocals. Sina you always find the best talent to collaborate with. 5*
First of all a big compliment for the perfect sound mix. Perfect balance of dynamic and loudness with all instruments and voices. Drums an voice are so difficult to get a good balance. I hate it, when drums are only loud, but having no attack. The second is a compliment for the version of Self Control. This Song was 20 weeks top 1, when I was a teenager and it played all day long at the radio. After nearly 40 years I can listen in this fresh version. And third I mean, a collaboration Sina with Sina are a good idea with the song Tusk by Fleedwood Mac. OK, maybe you need some people shouting TUSK, but that should not be the problem. Wow is all I have. That cover is better than the original by Laura Branigan. I say that as someone who absolutely loved this song when it was released in the 80's. Great arrangement and outstanding vocals. Sina you always find the best talent to collaborate with. 5*

This is my favorite Laura Brannigan song. You to did it well. Good job.
First of all a big compliment for the perfect sound mix. Perfect balance of dynamic and loudness with all instruments and voices. Drums an voice are so difficult to get a good balance. I hate it, when drums are only loud, but having no attack.
The second is a compliment for the version of Self Control. This Song was 20 weeks top 1, when I was a teenager and it played all day long at the radio. After nearly 40 years I can listen in this fresh version.
And third I mean, a collaboration Sina with Sina are a good idea with the song Tusk by Fleedwood Mac. OK, maybe you need some people shouting TUSK, but that should not be the problem.

Wow! Really nice cover. Camillie's vocals and guitar almost stole the show. But the whole thing vocals and instruments worked very well together. Well done to the sound engineers. It was better than a number of so called professionally produced tracks.
