We can't keep hiring and firing managers. We have to bring in a better quality of players. We sold Kane and didn't bring in a proper no 9. Its time to sell son he is 32 now. I hold the board responsible for the quality of players at the club. We have conte players jose players and still poch players at the club it's a real mess. Big Ange is going to need another 2 summer windows to sort this mess out

Only if Levy will invest in the squad, 200 mil a year for the next 8 years we can play better football, otherwise you can keep changing managers but it will be the same.

How quickly we forget... Spurs were the better team on Sunday, and deserved one point minimum. (VaR is a joke).
Either the players buy in or they go. Ange will win the dressing room. he always does even if it means replacing half the dressing room. The rest is on him.

Your forgetting one thing .. if levy doesn't think we will get top 4 half way thru or sooner next season, ange will be gone .. thats how it works at spurs.
Every spurs manager has won trophies at different clubs. All spurs players do not want to play for levy .
Whether we like it or not, we HAVE to stand by AP, the reality is that he is our only hope we have to let him get all the players he wants, so much has been invested in every way imaginable by fans and Board alike, if we gave up on it now everything will have been wasted and chaos will ensue at Spurs like we've never known before, I just hope that AP learns that sometimes, Mohammed has to go to the mountain, not the other way around.
He has to get in separate specialist trainers for defending set pieces and attacking with them, it appears that these are areas he has never had to pay much attention to in the past but the PL is where every single aspect of the opponents game is analysed in great detail and he is now too far behind the curve to catch up. Therefore getting the specialists in will surely tip the balance in our favour, with those in place and the calibre of player AP's system demands it HAS to come good.

Conte told you all what is wrong with this club, the owner. The players down tools for Conte and they are doing it again. Why are you all surprised? Nothing is changing. Predictably the fans are turning on the manager and yes his system and set pieces are flawed but it doesn't matter if Jesus himself was our manager with these owners.
Having slept on it….. earlier in the season in snatches we played some absolutely scintillating football. I said at the time possibly the best I have ever seen us play.
That shows the potential of this team. At the moment we have lost our way. But we need to stick with Ange.
Woolwich stuck with Arteta through several seasons of mediocrity. Now they’re reaping the benefits.

Exactly… don’t get anywhere just keep sacking the manager and slagging everyone off. Yes it’s poor but it’s a better position than we thought before the season started.
When you play one way and that one way is totally ineffective opposing teams and their managers fully suss you out.
Ange has caught the “Spursy” disease and the way he talks it’s terminal.

i have to admit the last few weeks and games i've been frustrated with the players not passing the ball quick enough. When Ange says our futbol he means passing quick and breaking threw teams and our team has not done that. They have stopped moving and the ball is not moving quickly.. if they dont move then there is no options for passing and our players are not aggressive enough.
manager after manager being let down by players. spurs mentality is too comfortable. Conte was right. Ange has a big job changing the easy street attitude but he will get sacked and we will rinse and repeat.
The main thing is that the best answer to this club's on field woes lies in the Chelsea dugout and I think this will haunt all at spurs. Top to bottom! And he deserves all the success at Chelsea, we didn't even ask for him to come back. Why we sacked Poch and never even asked him to return is so cold hearted, poor judgement, proud that we are eating the fruits of it. I want Poch to be successful, it's a shame it's not at spurs.

@@seanlynch1185do you mean whilst he was at spurs? There were rumours. Who knows though! If he went to real Madrid at least Tottenham would have dealt with the situation in the right way putting us in good stead for the future. In stead I feel we've been proud and thought we could do better without Poch, but we've shunned such a crucial part of our recent history and feel it has tainted it somewhat with the way it has turned out. Anyway who knows, I just hope the board make the right decisions
@@michaelwbrent He did go to Chelsea.. so no love lost there. I hope we give Ange time and backing. The current list is very brittle, young, and lack for a bit of class and guts.
I don't think the players truly believe that Angela's tactics are the way forward, they may be average premier league players but they have the experience whereas the manager hasn't. They know his naive and scattergun approach won't work.

The big concern is all our influential players are off form. No service at all to the forwards and no one is willing to take risks to shoot or cross.
Ultiimately, players like holdberg, bissouma, emerson, richy, davis, skipp don't have the technical levels to play angeball. ironically. We need to replace these players asap.
And BJ needs to be only a sub
Q: Why did Ange wait until the 63rd minute to make three substitutions? He should have made one or two substitutions at halftime yet I wonder if he waited to save face; so that he isn't blamed for team selection? And what is Emerson Royal doing on the pitch for eighty-six painful minutes?
Can you remember at the start of the season Ange showed some tactical footage from the Shakhtar game showing how in the second half the players were all looking and moving forward which is what he wanted. Now we are million miles away from that, we are slow moving the ball around at the back and our pattern of play is nearly always sideways, I'm not a football coach but I can predict our pattern of play very easily, by the time we get in to the final third the opposition is set and it's incredibly hard to break down and there's no space in behind which seems to be what Ange wants. So either the players aren't good enough or unfortunately Ange has not come up against teams that are so well drilled and tactically aware and with such good players. Even Pep has tweaked his tactics since arriving in the prem so Ange needs to adapt. I really hope I'm wrong and next season is going to be awesome
You’re absolutely right guys, Ange is coming across like he only wants to win ONE way but sometimes you gotta dig deeper and try and win whatever way it takes.

Celtic in a season generally only has Rangers to concern them.
LAnge seems shocked that it’s unfair in the Premier League there are 19 Rangers.
If our last 10 games were like the first 10 this season it would show progression I believe not only has Ange lost the plot also most of the dressing room.
No heart or fight in the team. Son is captain and not looked himself for 6 weeks now. You could only see Romero as capable of the job. Set pieces are terrible. Mainly defending, but we don’t look dangerous from them. We need the striker to replace Kane. We need passers and dribblers in midfield. We have had problems in the last third since Christmas. Been hopeless away. No clean sheets. Not scoring goals easily enough. Now looking like 5th and Europa League. Clearly need to ship some players like Hojberg, Bissouma, Royal, probably Davies. It’s time to move to the next level. Son and Maddison form is a huge worry. They are supposed to be our stars and on huge money.

This is, it shows how the weak the squad is. Many transfer is needed. Some players are overrated. A long way to go.
Never have I been so embarrassed to say I’m a Tottenham fan, always at the start of a season I have hope after a quarter through we are let down and knowing it’s another trophy free season, yes we are rotten to the core mentality is awful. Away to Liverpool another loss guaranteed

I'm not a Spurs fan, more an Ange fan if anything, but what can changing the structure of the ownership do to help at Tottenham. I see everyone typing and saying it, but wanted to know more about what Ange has gotten himself into.

Statististically, Tottenham is improving against Chelsea game by game: from 4:1 to 2:0. The next match between the two could be a draw or a win for Tottenham Hotspur, particularly if Tottenham adds some goals into the equation.

Deki is so average. Can't beat a man and as a 10 was even worse. He's actually more of a danger to US when he makes klutzy challenges in dangerous places which have resulted in decisive goals in several matches. We should never have took up the option to buy when he was so bad last year.
If you look at the first goal, there’s 6 Spurs defenders in a line marking no-one. All facing the ball, no-one looking over their shoulder. Vicario needs to be screaming at them to change position
We seem to get a run of nasty fixtures around this time of year and fail miserably. It can’t be tiredness as no Europe and hopeless in the cups this year. Just can’t remember a team with so many players out of form for so long. Even got to likes of Bentancur who I never saw have a bad game before that second injury against Villa. The second Udogie or Porro are out, the whole team falls down. Neither of them have been as good as earlier in the season. Full back area, having no cover and midfield are the problem areas. We never have a grip on a game. Teams all over us every game. Especially away. First goal always crucial then never come back. I also want to see a plan B from the manager. It’s on him is fine, but give us some answers man. Why has it been so poor for weeks now.

Possession going nowhere is who we are right now. I even think without anyone in goal for Chdlsea we were never going to score. Ange takes off Richarlison for no reason, he was getting no service - leaves Kylusevski who was giving away needless free kicks and creating nothing. I don't want to hear any more apologies from the manager or this team until some of them get out of their comfort zone and put in a performance. Another free kick set piece leading to a goal, but AP says we have no problems in that area. Dism

Trust in someone who has clearly lost the plot and what gives you an impression he is willing to learn and progress. Being tactically naive is a very dangerous stance in the Premier League but worse when not willing to adapt. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but foresight is even better and it appears Ange is lacking big time in the latter.

Ange has a bad case of tactical naivety. A manager is meant to learn from his mistakes this one seems more than happy to repeat them. So many players losing their form and confidence at the same time points to the fact that something rotten is happening in the state of Spurs. This team is not only on the beach they are swimming in the deep and floundering. Do you think Klopp could be persuaded to take on a mighty challenge?

Its the same batch of dead wood Spurs started the season in a new system. Nothing much changed with personnel so what are you expecting was going to happen this season? When it comes to the business end of it we see the exact same behavior we have seen year over year from those exact same players: down tools, throw hissy fit at the training ground and cash your paycheck. You talk about Ange losing the dressing room, what I see is Ange starting to put his foot down as other former player's have said he would. Remember that he has had a direct say in only a handful of people in that dressing room? How can you slag off a system that you've only barely seen glimpses of working with the current squad? Be careful that you don't starting sounding like a certain group down the road when their new manager wasn't working out...
