Manager Sejin is one of many people on their whole team. You can tell that he really does help them out and they're comfortable with him because they're addressing him as hyung. Usually you'd probably expect them to say manager nim or Sejin Si (pronounced like she. It would be like saying Mr. Sejin) because that would be more formal. By calling him hyung it shows more that they're friends in addition to him being their manager.

BTS has been through a lot and their managers and their boss have been through it all with them. Some idols have said that they don't like their agency, their boss, etc. So I'm glad BTS are happy. It makes me wonder what kind of relationship TXT and Enhypen along with any other artists who debut in the future will have with the staff that they work with.

That's true. Segin BTS manager has good heart. He takes care of his boys that you cannot see in the other K-POP Group manager. When V is sick he sticks with V and Jungkook. And he's always there side by side with the boys. He plays with the boys, like one time he accompany V in one of the rides. And play video games with V and J-Hope. He's one of a kind manager. We stan manager Sejin. He always puts the boys health and safety first and he is kind to the fans. Just like how it feels unnatural if all 7 of the boys arent together it would feel pretty unnatural to see persons other than the og staff members like sejin, bang pd, seongduk and the producers
He's been there with them since the beginning, he didnt leave, he keeps on believing in them, he is not just a manager but a friend and brother to all of them. Proofs are everywhere, showing how decent of a man he is. BTS is lucky to have him and ARMYs are content for BTS to have someone who will take care of them. Mr.Sejin is the most humble, beautiful beings with BTS right from the start. He sure has a beautiful bond with the boys. He is a handsome man, love his cool attitude & the warmth towards BTS. I envy him. Still BTS deserve to have a person around them like him, he is always around. The bit where he is carrying JK is when he cut his foot on their first European tour. Sejin was promoted I think in 2020 to head manger of managers in the label but he was with bts from debut year 2013 to 2020. He was like a big brother to them. Very caring, hang out with them. Go out eating with them, shopping with them. When any of the boys needs a plus 1 he would accompany them to activities. He was a really good manager and the boys loved him.
Manager Sejin and Manager Hobeom are the best managers I have ever seen, especially for such global/famous artists. The way they protect the boys and take care of them are amazing. Also got to remember though that they have managers. These 2 are from what Army know have been with the boys for the longest also name wise. (correct me if I'm wrong)

They mostly manage schedules and actually physically live with the members and take them to work etc. While bang sihyuck (bighit ceo, otherwise known as bang pd, stepped down abt a month ago tho) is the one who calls the creative and strategic shots.

He's now a part of the head managers for the BigHit artist management and one of the main managers for ENHYPEN. Manager Sejin was and is still like a good brother to BTS. So, as an ARMY-ENGENE, I couldn't be happier.
