very informative sir, sir my incident is tht I'm gov employee sir last month my authority transfer me to one department to other in same office building, the new set up is very chilled Air-conditioning due to food storage plant, sir I'm asthmatic and my asthma trigger when i work in low temperature area,. so when authority trasfer me to tht area, i joind there and did work fr 4 days them i submit my application with latest doctors report "tht i have asthma and low temperature trigger my health condition worst, so plz transfer me to other area, but authority didn't take any action", so tht time i just wait fr their response and did duty outside storage chamber becoz their temperature in not tht much low, and sir 15 days after 1st letter i again submit reminder letter regading the same,but now aftr 5 days of my reminder letter, authority mail me show cause letter tht i didnt took handover in storage chamber, now sir plz help me to answere
No show cause notice is served after an explanation response is either unsatisfactorily or not given at all further how can one serve his superiors with a counter show cause

Yeah you're right one should avoid it but infact I added it as some time there are minor issues which are result of a good faith and you can't simply negate it

Please submit your explanation letter within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of this notice to the company HR representative. 1. Discourteous conduct of your respective Manager. Failure to comply with this requirement is a waiver of your right to be heard. The management reserves its right to issue a disciplinary action based on the Company Code of Discipline and or applicable provisions in the Labor Code. Anu ba dapat kong isagut nito?

You are suppose to join back your duty and explain it via an explanation to show cause notice.
Can we give the counter show cause notice as well??

You can have recourse to courts of law as your constitution protects you against any violation of your rights especially those which are fundamental
