Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Sledgehammer Games and Infinity Ward published by Activision. Playing on new account in bot lobby’s 🤖, nice game play , but nothing useful in the ds4 info

There's nothing in those DS4Windows settings which do anything special, or at least it isn't shown if there is.
RS Deadzone and anti-deadzone basically work out to an anti-deadzone of .05
Enhanced Precision on triggers will only make aiming and firing slower than linear, if you use L2 and R2 to fire and don't run flipped.
It looks like you may be using gyro on L2, but that wasn't really showcased as the activation key, so maybe not.
The "BT Polling Rate" is ONLY for Bluetooth mode, it does nothing wired. You need something like "hidusbf" to change the polling rate of the hardware when running wired 💯
You ran your mouse over the mouse emulation, but I'm not sure what you're doing with that either, could be using mouse input somehow, maybe not.
Y+Y macro on Triangle will only make it to where you can't plate, that's why people use other buttons like the touchpad or PS button to Y+Y, then relocate in-game touchpad input to the share button or PS button.

ds4 actually fucks with the threshold input for right stick making small adjustments impossible only ever used it to check input latency
