Thanks for watching! Yes you could build a simple web app like a streamlit app. How it would work would be uploading the file to the app, the python script reads in the file as a pandas dataframe, then it passes each address into the api, and auto returns the csv file with skip traced contact info

Hi Ariel , your videos are really usefull, Is there any form to get the information of "Est. prep & repair costs" from recently sold properties?. I did´t found that information in the Property Detail Search, I´ll appreciate any help

Hi Jesica thanks for watching! From the Zillow Scrapeak api it only obtains data that can be web scraped from Zillows webpage. Therefore it wouldn’t have estimate prep and repair costs. However, there are other APIs like FoxyAI that provides comps based on the quality of the property

Thanks for watching! No that would be a separate dataset. Scrapeak (the same API provider as in the video) also has a Zillow Scraper. You can pair this to first extract properties for sale / contract between your desired price range and then afterwards apply the skip tracing 👍
