Now that I've stopped resisting i am expanding socially/emotionally at a pretty rapid rate as improving relationships and my support system. Honestly, taking care of my senior dog that got abused by a stranger 😢. I dont know if thats necessarily successful, but im overcoming a lot of tower moments with some help.
