Janet could/might have known steve was lying if she thought back to what she saw on Admin. She didn’t see anyone in Buffet, but she did see someone in Bathroom, which lined up with Junk’s story.
If you're wondering what happened, here's the explaination from @choco1101
In their setting, there are only so many way to get survivor. There are three "default" role for the three categories: default "good" is crewmate, default "neutral" is survivor, and default "bad" is imposter. The only way to get these roles in their setting is if a body is previously "remembered" by an amnesiac. That is to say, the moment an amnesiac presses remember on the body, the amnesiac pulls the role from the body, and the body becomes one of the three default role. Without realizing that he double clicked on the remember button, he thought it meant that the body was a neutral killer and a different amnesiac has already taken the role. Even following this logic, there are flaws as there are other neutral roles. But what happened was more off as he double clicked, going amne to amne himself the first time, while changing the body from amne to survivor, and then pick up the survivor role when he clicked the second time. It's natural to click a second time since it looks like nothing has happened the first time in DD's pov.

Honestly I think Janet knew but the way Junk was talking and kept accusing her, it made it feel more like a “petty loss” than giving Steve a “pity win”, though of course, best of both worlds. I would’ve done the same

I haven't really been able to watch the morning lobby with any regularity because my new job the craziest day of the week is typically Wednesday.... So it was so mind-blowing to hear that Steve has not had a single imposter win this year and to watch his reaction was so funny.
So let's be clear Janet was always voting Steve until Junk kept going after her.
Also, in those 25 games, no more than 3 of those was he partnered with one of the better imp players, or I get caught killing and people skip for me, Hafu.
This was his first game with 5up.
I know he's had Ellum ALOT. Probably 10-12 were the walking disastet.

I dont get 5up's logic in this one. Like, even if Im DD and I see 5up go in the direction of nursery while lights are going out and the Aipha who's right behind me dies I'd still prime sus 5up even if he was crew and did go to nursery because he would still be one of the likelier killers.
I think Swifyz's vote was the one where DD was just wrong lmao and for a dumb reason too, like for me 2 seconds is still timing-wise "body's flopping"
You wouldn't assume that because 5up is a good player so he wouldn't call lights and kill right where people just saw him. Especially with a potential swooper around. I think what actually got him here is Desync because they shouldn't have even seen him there with low crewmate vision. At 21:42 5up is right on top of Dumbdog on Dumbdog's screen but from 5up's perspective at 23:25 that's as close as he ever gets to them. Lights are already down at this point so no shot they should see him. I wish there was a way for the devs to fix that somehow.

It's also a classic 5up to double back and get that type of kill exactly for the reason you wouldn't assume that to be his kill.

@@cadymatheson She was laughing because she was breaking the house rules on purpose. There are so many times of her getting mad at people either for breaking rules or voting her out/sheriffing when she thinks they didn't have good enough reasons to. And then they sometimes have to apologize to her after the game or she literally adds new rules like no sheriffing round 1 or no voting before 6 unless it's a hard accuse.
I'm annoyed because she does these things to other people based on vibes or movement and everybody acts like it's so smart but if they do it to her she gets mad and how dare they ruin her imposter game.

The Morning Lobbies, also referred to as the Hafu Lobbies, were morning Among Us lobbies primarily organized by Hafu, usually occurring daily from 8am PST to 11am PST. After the decline of Among Us the lobbies occur with less frequency, but many of the regulars still play together as friends.

Statistically, for Hafu in the 4 years I've been watching for just the Morning Lobby:
42% of her wins came after being caught killing. Of those games, 52.4% were AFTER being caught killing multiple rounds, and still no one votes her.
68.1% of her wins came after she was the most sus for multiple rounds. And yet she's not voted.
Her win percentage in Toast's/OTV lobbies is 12.53%
Yeah, huge difference, right?
It's because they don't let Hafu get away with being caught killing, venting, or other imp stuff or when she's the most sus on 5 or 6.
