Matty Boys parents were old school outlaws.. he talked more in depth on another interview he did about his parents and how when he showed up to California prison the gang unit already knew who he was and was expecting him to be a part of the system sooner or later and had been keeping an eye on him since he was a teenager. He is obviously a natural born leader who is capable of doing great things and bringing those around him up to a higher level rather than pushing people down as he's climbing up..
