This is the background music from the Otome game "Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds". It is first heard on the game title screen. I couldn't find much of this game's OST on TH-cam (maybe bc copyright reasons) but I decided to post this on here the music is just beautiful compared to the earlier games.
I might post more if there are a lot of requests... and if this video isn't taken down.
