Those who go trainspotting are usually quiet, but that's only if steam engines are coming their way. It's nice to see you out and about, better than being stuck indoors all day. Imagine you went trainspotting at Bedford Station, and to your surprise Clun Castle whistled shrilly as she rushed through at full speed, her sharp bark ringing loudly in your ears. Bet you wouldn't try talking then, lol. It's impossible to make yourself heard above the noise of a steamy hard at work, believe me. I know steamies hardly ever go near Bedford these days, but what you saw is a nice change from the steamies you play with. Perhaps next time you go trainspotting, you could find a main line station that's not too far out of your reach, where a steam engine might strut her stuff for you. Happy Valentine's Day, a pity you don't have a girlfriend.

I am just curious why the 321 at 06:44 sounded like it was going faster than 100 mph
They were sent on the fasts. The top speed of the 321 is 100 though so I assure you it was 100 maximum.
