Naruto still would've been nerfed. Sasuke should've been able to steal souls, obliterate and levitate like Deva Path using his gravity powers and other things. Sasuke did very little with his Rinnegan, mainly Sasuke showed off his Amenotenjikara (switching places/teleporting), minor Deva Path gravity moves but nothing to the full extent of the dojutsu.
I completely understand where you are coming from. I get that Obito attacking Kushina and causing the Nine-Tails attack was a canon event, but what Obito did to Kushina by the end of this story... fuck him! 🤬

Honestly, if you hadn't given Naruto Kurama, I would have said Sasuke could actually win. However, in the head cannon you presented, I'd say Sasuke wins because Naruto doesn't have Kurama's trust, yet, but later wins when he has access to the fox's Chakra.
What if Naruto possessed the Roar of the Elders (from The Lion Guard). I know this is a bit of a weird one so I though I should explain the madness. Like chakra and the god tree, the Roar was gifted to a member of lion Royalty by the tree of life. It allows Abilities such as the roar itself which can break boulders and split seas, the ability to cause rain and the ability to summon and speak to great leaders of the past (and not just the leaders of the pride lands, perhaps it could be used to have naruto be trained by great hokage of the past). As for how, even though it only manifests naturally in second born leaders of the pride lands, it can also be passed to others with seemingly the only restriction being their Willpower. Also having rafiki being a monkey of Suhenmori Jungle who left to join the pride could be interesting.

I've been watching your what if's for quite a time. I think i've watched mowt of them as of now, and don't think of it as something lightly but your plot and overall skills in elaborating the storyline is absolutely beautiful. One thing that you highly lack is power scaling and fights. I've watched most of your what if's and in each one of them the storyline was beautifully elaborated but one thing lacking in every one of them is power scaling, how fights turn out and overall characteristics about a character. You could put alot of work in these fields. You need to work on how every fight is turned out, explaining things, elaborating teamwork when present and not end the fights too early. You also need to work on the powerscaling, you sometimes tend to forget about main things about a user's abilities which turn out the fight way differently, while doing this, you sometimes neglect major character development too. But please, Don't take this as a hate comment, I'm generally advising you on some things that you lack in. I love your what if's and the plot, the storyline and how the story turns out is far better than most people and in my POV it's beautiful. I'm just giving you a slight advise on things you're lacking in, to make them way better than your current one, that is if you're even viewing my comment. Remember, no human in any field is perfect, no matter how good the person is in some thing, there is always room for improvement. That's just how humans are.

I've been watching your what if's for quite a time.
I think i've watched mowt of them as of now, and don't think of it as something lightly but your plot and overall skills in elaborating the storyline is absolutely beautiful. One thing that you highly lack is power scaling and fights. I've watched most of your what if's and in each one of them the storyline was beautifully elaborated but one thing lacking in every one of them is power scaling, how fights turn out and overall characteristics about a character. You could put alot of work in these fields.
You need to work on how every fight is turned out, explaining things, elaborating teamwork when present and not end the fights too early. You also need to work on the powerscaling, you sometimes tend to forget about main things about a user's abilities which turn out the fight way differently, while doing this, you sometimes neglect major character development too.
But please, Don't take this as a hate comment, I'm generally advising you on some things that you lack in. I love your what if's and the plot, the storyline and how the story turns out is far better than most people and in my POV it's beautiful. I'm just giving you a slight advise on things you're lacking in, to make them way better than your current one, that is if you're even viewing my comment.
Remember, no human in any field is perfect, no matter how good the person is in some thing, there is always room for improvement. That's just how humans are.
