In between the two faders, there stands "cross fader curve'' put the little button all the way to the left and there you go! We always use this option so yeah.

Contacted them, but really hard to communicate.. Easy to check, just change the mixer mode via utility menu and see if it still works. Thanks for the answer anyway! ;)
