I'm using relumins for 3months now. Hindi ko napapansin yung pagputi ko pero nakikita ng mga kasama ko. So effective naman. Balak ko na sanang itigil kaso napansin ko maganda sya sa metabolism ko. Everyday akong dumudumi which is I think good for me. Unlike before na mga 2 to 4 days. 🙂

sir they said mas effective ung gluta when taken on empty stomach but u mentioned po na u are taking relumins after taking meal. can u enlighten us please.
I think it is more effective to drink it on empty stomach but if you're a acidic person or have a stomach issue's I think its better to take after a meal. ( Atleast may laman ang tummy natin . Since for acidic person pwed magkaron ng reaction pag tinake on empty stomach ) Hope this could help. Keep safe 🤗
