Most of the cars shown here are not modified Swifts. They are the pics if Swift sport, which is an international model, which isn't released in India. Only few cars in this video are modified.

@@chirag.1220 Companies spend millions of dollars on designing cars. The higher trims come with some visual upgrades that can be added to the base variants as well. These can be imported for the fraction of the actual cost, if they're not already available locally.
Remember, the motive of such videos is to provide an idea to the audience about which kind of alterations look good and which don't!
But I'm just telling that the video name and the video content is not matching completely.
Yes there are some modified Swifts on the video. But most of the pics are of the international model - Swift sport stock car.
You told that the features/changes in the higher trim can be done on the lower trims.
Ex1-
will you use a low profile tyre for our Indian conditions.
Ex2 -
will you add keyless entry and push start/stop button to the L/V variants.
Ex3-
The Swift sport comes with a dual exhaust. Will you do it on the Indian Swift. Yes, some people do this. But that second exhaust will be only a dummy one and not a proper functioning exhaust. Will you add another exhaust technically making it a 4-1-2 exhaust instead of the stock 4-1-1 exhaust of the Indian Swift
Ex4-
the Swift sport has an aggressive front grill design. To do this in the Indian model, you'll have change the whole front bumper and the front grill which is just madness.
You want more points like this. I'll give you. But that doesn't make sense in this comments section.
The point is that the video's name and content doesn't match completely.
You told that the motive of the video is to provide the audience the options of alternative looks right. Then name the video as "Swift sport designs" or "the international model of the Swift" or something which is right and not "modified Swift" as most of them in the video are stock cars.
Coming to your point of companies spending millions on research, they haven't spent millions on research so that we buy a stock car and then make some more changes to it.
The design or the body dynamics made by the company is made to give a better ride quality and not to hamper it. You can't just add some features like aggressive grill or low profile tyres to make it look better which will inturn hamper the ride quality.
