Thank you for asking! Tiffany's surgery went very well, and she is doing much better! She had C1-C2 fused and has already finished her rehab and is continuing to strengthen. If you were asking about my shoulder, thankfully it was only a slight tear and I already have full range of movement and back in the gym, but continuing to go a little light on press exercises until back to normal.
