I mean how is the filter does it cut through well for those trancy plucks,basses and pad sounds...?

What's that plucky detuned sound at 23:00 sounds like somethin that can only be done with virus C....
Mighty beast!!!!! The sounds are incredible. There are no week patch or pale sound, all of these are rich, wide spectacular sounding patches. Probably time to attack my bank account and get one.

@@walterbanci7269 Köp en TI2 istället för en C. Vill du ha Virus C så kan du använda DSP56300. Virus TI2 har betydligt mer att erbjuda än de äldre modellerna.
I'll trade you my 1 owner, bought new in '99 or '00, can't recall, absolutely MINTY Virus B for a new Hydrasynth, keyboard version. I'm serious!

Can be opened on pc, with free dsp56300 emu vsti and b/c ROM. No need for hardware virus anymore.

This was done with the onboard chorus (from Manuel Schleiss himself long time ago on a sound design forum).

How do you upload this patch (or any other) to the virus? I constantly get a "Checksum Error"... Can't seem to find the answer in the manual nor on the internet. Maybe you know what's wrong with my Virus? I think some internal settings, but I could be wrong...
Your patch file is corrupted try getting a new one
Did you ever figure this out as I get 'Checksum error' on every patch I try to upload. And I have tried nearly 50 and they can't all be corrupted! Tried Bome and MIdi OX

Not tapes: I hold them on CDs/DVDs/Blu-Ray - but fact: I'm far away from home studio mate :)
Will need to upgrade one day & add some HDD-space. But when it's gonna be: Not sure.

this is a preset demo from 2003 or so. so yes, Virus C only. I remember hearing this back in 2005/6 and knowing i needed one!

Can all these presets be loaded into the Virus TI2?
Any access synth can load other previous generation access synth sounds. So, yes, the Ti2 can load Ti, C, B and A sounds.
yes they can however virus TI sounds different, the effects slightly alter the sound

urgh... euro sounds. Wish I knew it was a Euro synth when I bought it original back in the day. It was sold as a real deal virtual analog sounding synth... no, its for euro sounds. A sickening sound that kept me away from electronic music for too long, thinking that is all electronic music was!
