    how will VGS4 and VGS3 be equal when we are trying to make VS3 and VS4 equal? You are using the result to prove the result. Do explain

    Sir how can vgs3=vgs4 for identical mosfets ?means in this video the source terminal of both mosfet3 and mosfet 4 are not connected.then how can it be equal.plz explain sir I am confused.

    If you have different currents in both the branches (decided by W ratios of M1 and M2), why will VGS3=VGS4?

    Hello Sir, small question here in this video is How you are considering M2 is in saturation.??
    As we don't know Vds2 how we can decide M2 region. Can please explain about it. And you are directly writing current equation Io in saturation region

      The voltage supplied by cascoding M4 will be VDD as M4 is diode connected transistor, the same will be used by M1 as Vx = Vgs1. And And as VDD s Vds1, there for the same equation follows here. Vds1 > Vds1 - Vt, which holds true. That's why M2 is said to be in saturation. Visit www.electromaniaweb.wordpress.com for more detailed explanation

    Shouldn't it be 'Vx + Vgs4=Vgs3 + Vy' ? Why it is' Vx + Vgs4=Vgs3' here?

      It's a equality for Vgs4 only not the whole expression of Vx+Vgs4 and it's just a inference not at all a equation

    Vx+VGS4 =Vb NOT VGS3 i guess, because VGS4=VGS3 as you already said
