I love that Vala had 120% total but, unlike most people in shows who do that and just can't math correctly she had a legitimate excuse for why the numbers were what they were.
From 1:30 is a masterpiece on female introversive and extrovertive personality types. Vala's cuddle of Sam. Her sincerity and Carters appreciation were equal. A rare "girly moment", love it.
If anything the two portrayals show Claudia Black's range. Aeryn was nothing like Vala. A shame she didn't get bigger roles, she's a really talented actress.
No, I love how they are 100% different from each other, shows how amazing an actress Claudia Black is. Even her guest stint on Beastmaster was completely different. ❤
"See, there is always a widget left over." "I thought you were always one short." "Well, you'd think both was impossible, but it's not." Truer words have never been spoken.

In the episode where Vala was vetted to join the SGC... and got her immediate revenge on Woolsey in the gate room... She wanted to know what it would take to get one of those SG-1 shoulder patches. She gets one... right after Daniel is left in the hands of the Ori. It was on her shoulder as soon as the team returned to the SGC from Merlin's multiple-gate ride with Ba'al. 1:24. The SGC patch from early in the season has been replaced by a SG-1 patch... kinda surprised Daniel didn't Crack a comment on it after he returned from being a Prior...
Vala really brought a nice playful softness to the show the amount of times i went "awww... how sweet!🥲" she was like a little kid just trying to figure out the world.
This very weirdly parallels the time when John brought Aeryn to earth to meet his family - Including him smooching an old blonde flame while she looks on. It’s weird to see them play off each other so differently. Claudia is a marvelous performer in both dramatic and comedic roles. It’s a crime that she was nominated five times for best actress in Farscape and won just one Saturn Award.
Using the Frechet inequality for intersections of events, we can compute lower and upper bounds of dialing manually and the bomb going off. Given the probability of successfully manually dialing out to be 70% and 50% that the bomb goes off, that gives bounds on their joint probability to be 20 to 50%.
I hate to be "That Guy" but I'm from Kansas. The population of Auburn has NEVER been 21,211. The population of the entire county isn't even that much. Auburn as of a 2010 census has 1,227 people. Also, there are far too many trees and hills in that shot to be Kansas.

I thought they were both fine additions to the cast. The problem was they had to replace the Go'auld with the Ori. They were not as interesting as antagonists.
@@Aivottaja I found the switch from Egyption Mythology to Christian Mythology pretty interesting, i just thought that Mitchells "Fanboying" of SG1 in the beginning was super akward

And I know that that shit is expensive, way more then a space battle, because thats much easier to construct. But at least a little something would be nice, or change it, so there is no Dragon, but some kind of a misty creature that resembles a Dragon in a couple of flashes. Didn't like Vala, she came off as an annoying smart axx, also didn't like Cam or Landry, he was so boring. Stargate should after Season 8 keep it Sam, Teak and Daniel, the 3 new ones didn't ad anything to the show,
Comment Probably from someone that wishes Richard Dean Anderson would have done SG-1 for as long as Mark Harmon played Gibbs on NCIS. Get over it already.
"Perhaps, Puff" gets me every time

Cracks me up every time. The way Vala turns and goes off screen, is the same way Miss Piggy did on the original Muppet Show.

Easily one of the best recent series finales.
Just watched all 6, thanks for these. now downloading all the episodes for a rewatch. :)
I enjoyed how the Vala character played off Jackson. Almost got hints of an Indiana/Marion vibe at times, which was probably the intention.
Flirting and getting the villain drunk and suddenly pulling out a knife to escape is something Vala totally would do.

Claudia Blacks a comedic genius
I developed a crush on Vala immediately when she showed up. Just after developing a crush on Sam. I still love both of them.

Only the technology of the Anchients could create such a realistic cgi dragon.

Mitchell was maybe not the best SG Character but Vala made more than up for that

Why was Valla crying on Daniel's shoulder?
It was not explained. I guess it was to show she found somone who she complately trusted and could have opened up and be vulnerable.
