This may be super random, but during many videos I wanted to know what the heck was with her green squeezy bottle that seemed to hold olive oil or something similar. I would scour the comments section looking for mention of it to no avail. I figured it might be a homemade oil of some sort. Well Google didn’t let me down. Something to the effect of “green squeezy bottle olive oil” lead me to “Graza” olive oil. I ordered it a few weeks back and have since ordered it for family as a mini present. It’s super affordable (a large cooking bottle + smaller bottle for drizzle/cold dishes cost $35), high quality olive oil. I’ve always paid more for olive oil than the Graza price and I like it better (esp the “drizzle”/cold variety! So peppery and nice!). Anyway, commenting this for anyone else like me who was going crazy wondering what that cool evoo was (I’ve literally taken screen shots and the brand was always facing away from camera 😳).
Perfect timing! I have overnight focaccia in my fridge for Xmas eve dinner right now, and I think I’ll have to make this dipping sauce to go along with it! (Need to find a plan B for the Calabrian chilis because I don’t have them on hand…) thank you!! This looks delish! Happy holidays!

Combine to form dough ball
Ferment overnight fridge. Bowl ok for that..
