I have this Album among many others of when John was Johnny , l just downloaded it to my Spotify library, l played over and over again as a teenager, brings back so many memories, when you listen to the whole album John sounds so young , but every now and then he lets loose and you realise his voice is just itching to be let loose and be what he really wanted be , so amazing , what a journey , your are the very best John in every way ❤️

I don't remember much of Alison other than the name, but this was a time when (Adelaide's) John F. was struggling to make his mark after 'Sadie' but I remember that he and other Adelaideans would regularly show up at the 2- 4 hr. 'Free Concerts' held every Sunday at Rymel Park in the Adelaide city Centre, hosted by our most popular local radio station 5KA. along with Fraternity, Axiom, there were others but because I'm now a bit 'addled' I can't remember them! This was the best time in my life and hopefully also for the lady I loved then and enjoyed for 20 yrs.!
She was the Queen of Pop before it was officially a thing, and then she was introduced to heroin, which was the beginning of the end of a successful career until then.
I was just a kid when this came out. Thank you for taking me back.
