Dont forget there is also an overlap for the first 2 hours of London when Asia is also open but coming to an end. So there is a spike in volume within these 2 hours with 2 markets open and overlapping not just when London and New York is open.

Currencies never close banks have offices in every major city in every time zone so currencies are always being traded. Japanese banks have offices in NY and London and Western banks have offices in Asia and Australia. They just pass the trade onto those offices

Doesn't make any sense, USDJPY can be seen with huge volume while London session, same EURJPY also could be volatile while US session if eventhough if London session closed. Don't forget currency coorelations matter a lot

all currencies move across all sessions. If you’re talking about volume, even then indices move mostly during NY or NYSE open. (US30,NAS100,SPX)
