Hello n thankyou for the great review you did a really nice job glad I found you will subscribe and watch your channel. Can't wate to see and here about your experience with your new pic. Thankyou and take care n b safe. 😊
Hi Mimi, I’m sorry to hear that you couldn’t read the DMC codes on the bags but if you pause the video at 35:42 you should be able to read all of the DMC codes on the first sheet of the key (legend). If you then pause it at 36:44 you will see the rest of the DMC codes on the second sheet. Thanks for watching! 😊
Thank you for this video. I hope that i'm aloud to say that i don't understand why you speed through the colours after taking 45 minutes to (over)explain the basics. I realy don't want to offend you but your sneak peeks are so long with so much talking but the essentials are rushed. I already skip through the video to save time but still. I've seen more comments from people on your video's about the length and i agree but want to mention it differently than some placed comments.
Hi, I’m always aware that a complete beginner or someone who is just thinking of buying their first diamond painting may be watching the video, so I go through the basics, every time. I know that people will skip to the parts that they want to see. That’s what most people do with any TH-cam video. I tend to skim through the drills because if I took time to read every DMC code the video would be even longer and, realistically, nobody is going to remember the numbers. There are different things in the video for different people. Thanks for watching! 😊
Thanks for sharing! Perhaps adding headers to the video would make it easier for people to jump to the section they want to see? Did I miss where you went over the special diamonds?
@@thediamondstitcher Yeah, adding headers is probably something I should look at. Regarding the drills, I just briefly showed the ABs as I found them. The fairy dust drills don’t really show up well in the bags. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching! 🙂
What? Jim had spent more time on the legend, colours and a close up on the diamond painting than any other part of his video. Did you not see the colours? Not only that, Jim has taken the time, which is a lot of time, to time stamp each part of his video for viewers to easily skip ahead, unlike a lot of other content creators.
@@AmandaPelland To be fair, I added the timestamps after I originally posted the video. I’ll be doing that from now on so people can easily find the parts they want to see. The videos will still be as long because I’m still thinking about beginners and people who are maybe just thinking of taking up diamond painting as a hobby. 🙂
It’s going to be very exciting for you to work on, enjoy and be sure to show us it finished 💕
Hi Janita, it will appear on the wall behind me at some point in the future.🙂
Thanks for watching! 🙂
