This company is great and very easy to deal with. I ordered this Vive 3 wheel scooter after Nick answered a series of questions I had before hand. I was confident in my selection online. It arrived within 4 days. Was really easy to put together myself, was exactly as in this video. I managed to get it outside with my two small dogs. Travels easily over flat/ hard grass. and sidewalks. (careful going over bumps for these wheels are solid, you can feel every bump.) This has a LOT of power and I love the slow/fast dial- makes it really easy to choose the speed. Stops on an instant, this makes it extra safe to use! So far soo good 👍

Question: Does the seat back has some pocket to put my charger?
It's not big enough for the charger, it might fit, but it will deform/stretch the pocket fabric.
can you a bigger battery box so it will farther than the 12 miles as Advertised ?
No, not with this model. You could probably use lithium batteries but it would void the warranty.
