I could watch this all day
One of my favorite trails ive ridden
Ya I can't get enough of it when I'm there.
That High five at the end ...I'm glad you included all of that. LOL
This is the trail I’m so excited for next year!
The JaGGeDGaM3r you're gonna love it! So many different ways to ride it depending on your speed too.
26K?! Dude, congrats! SO happy to see this grow, you're the type of shredder youtube needs. Keep er goin!
Nice! Dude, you're wife was going to leave you hanging on the "high five"! :)
so glad to support your travels, friend! amazing trails :-)
Thanks for the support man! Can't get enough of Half Nelson.
Great video as always!
Thanks! Much appreciated.
I haven’t even got my mountain bike nor been mountain biking but you are the person who makes me want to buy a bike and go biking.
The Loam Ranger’s #1 Fan hey! Glad to hear I've inspired you to get out there -- that's what this channel is all about! If you could please not use my logo for your profile pic I would really appreciate it. It can be confusing for other people viewing the comments or searching for channels. Thanks!
Now go buy that bike and start shredding.
Done I changed my pic but I have one more thing to ask you, do you have any advice
That was an awesome trail. Berm heaven.
+Dan K totally. Every time I go through town it's a must hit trail. So fun.
THIS IS A BLASTING TRAIL!
Looks like a lot of fun.
Not so dry any more! So much snow here in Whistler today, so Squamish is pretty wet! Some sweet trails there though.
+Ben Ertl haha ya it's a little different now I'm sure!
Just beautiful! Track is amazing, sunny day, good weather and riding skills are cool! Thumb Up! =)
Alex Karliychuk thanks man!
Didnt see it but i know it is gonna be a good vid
Awesome veido as usuall. keep it I m a big fan of it 😊😊😊
Awesome video!
Thanks Dylan!
heh, I bet it doesn't look like that now...great video, thanks for sharing
Haha ya... a little wetter for the next few months.
Awesome, loving that wide trail! And you got to do it with your wife! Wish I knew a girl to ride with haha.
+Will Sumner haha ya she's a keeper!
best youtuber ever!!!
Matthew Peppel dang thanks man!
I love the whirring as well as the sounds, when the tires move on the dirt and wood...Is that weird?
+Michael Lancaster totally normal as far as I'm concerned :D
lol freaking star wars speed racers stuff here. i need to hold on here my eyes are watering
Haha yup, it's all speed and flow!
Ok I will make sure to change my pick only before I do, do you have any advice
Are you actually not allowed to shuttle past that point?? I have done that once years ago though, maybe it's a new thing
+Jordan Boostmaster ya it's pretty frowned upon... although you can shuttle up to the right instead, but it's not a direct shot to Half Nelson.
Sweet ride! Have you decided what will be your next bike? maybe the new reign?
The new bike is on it's way as I type this. Not a Reign this time around! Cant wait.
Hey i was wondering can you do another video on those trails like the blue velvet one?
Ya! I'd say this one is pretty close, but a fair amount shorter than Blue Velvet. Another video/trail that's similar to that one would be my Una Moss video (th-cam.com/video/Yjiy-5Uxsqg/w-d-xo.html) as well as my Crank It Up video (th-cam.com/video/8OuYKeMhwTM/w-d-xo.html). Aaand Hula Girl on Mt.Swansea is high speed and flowy too! th-cam.com/video/eU07OwWekj0/w-d-xo.html I'll be posting some more fast, flowy jump trails in the future, for sure. Cheers!
The Loam Ranger thanks bro ,Keep it up !
Hey I just have a week full of tests last week (we have that 4 times a Year in the netherlands) and you were my motivation!! 3 weeks earlier I Made a deal with my dat that if I have a 8/10 for math at the end of the year I can have a Scott Spark 960 lol. Yesterday I got for math a 8;4/10 so if I keep watchin your vids I Will have my first full suspension! In otter Words; you make awesome video’s keep iT up!
Stupid autocorrection
Nice work! That's awesome to hear. Keep it up and get that bike! I'll do my part and post more videos :D
Anyone else been to Squamish? What's your favorite trail in the area?
The Loam Ranger I wish I could, but since I live a long way off I just gotta do with 2 trails in flat Holland
Majestic Tiger eeeey nederlanders
19th hole
There's so many! I really love the ones up around Alice Lake though, generally. Like Rupert's and Room With A View and In & Out. I like the rock rolls/slabs. Those things feel quintessentially "Squamish" to me.
Have not ridden there much, but Rupert and Leave of Absence are awesome. I'll be back in 2018 God willing.
I have Half Nelson grips on my hardtail!
Bike Stuff then it's your destiny to ride this trail. Make it happen!
The Loam Ranger.
Oh my, I really do hope so! I'll have to tell my dad about the flight though!! 😂
(UK to Canada).
What bike do you recommend do you think Carr era vulcans are goofy
Never heard of that one! Recommending a bike is tough because it really depends on the type of riding you're wanting to do, and your budget. The Giant Reign I was riding in this one is great for most conditions and can handle some scarier stuff too.
What is that outro song. Btw I love your video they're really relaxing.
Thanks! I made the music for the outro's. It was initially made for the "Coastal Escape" video I did a while back. th-cam.com/video/tJZa-OnReRI/w-d-xo.html
Oh, you did a great job then, I like it a lot. I thought it was part of a longer song.
Whats your home trail?
Dude it's so beautiful , do you live in those areas?
Armin Nel I wish! I live about 14 hours from there in the flat prairies 😂
way to complete the high five
How often do you go riding with your better half?
Not as often as I'd like, that's for sure. Probably once every few weeks in the summer. We've got two kids, so a lot of times, one of us is back with them while the other rides. We make it work!
I want to go here, but I dont have a mountainbike. Is iT worth buying one when your still in high school? Cause i dont know if I Will have enough time. (Ps. Great vids, keep up the great work!🙂)
Thanks Didier. I'd say rent a bike or two first to see what you like and don't like. It's a big purchase, for sure!
Well it depends on how much money you have access too. My hard tail merida big seven cost 1200. But i was hooked as soon as i tried mountain biking on my brothers bike. So i would agree in saying rent or try it out on a bike that you dont own.
The Loam Ranger no gimbal for that run eh?
No I was using a gimbal for this. It was just hating its life because I didn't have it set up properly at the time haha.
Nice
maxrares thanks! It was a good time.
Did you already decide where you wanna go in the wintermonths?
Timo Van Arkel I'm headed to Phoenix next week but plans are still up in the air after that. I'd like to do 3-4 trips though. It's gonna be a good winter!
The Loam Ranger That sounds awesome. Already looking forward to the vids!
which mtb is this
What bike do you use? My bike just broke and I think it might be time to get a quality bike. Keep up the great videos!
DaFlyKiwiz I was riding a Giant Reign in this video, which I'm putting up for sale this week! Wink wink. Haha
The Loam Ranger Knarly!
Do you think you’ll ever come to the UK to ride the trails here?
Isaac heck yes I will! I'm always looking at new trip ideas and I'd love to get out that way. When's the best time of year for riding?
The Loam Ranger The best time is probably as summer ends and the start of autumn. I go riding up around Surrey hills and a place called the Look Out Swinley Forrest. They’re great fun if you go on the more difficult routes.
Good to know. I'll have to look into it for fall 2018.
The Loam Ranger Awesome.
Where is Squamish?
+ZeZy Gaming British Columbia
Is it worth buying a Walmart mountain bike for this? I want to do this but don't have the money to buy one near as good as yours.
+ZeZy Gaming I wouldn't recommend a Walmart bike for something like this. Check out the buy/sell section on Pinkbike for some decent deals on good bikes. Or rent a few times while you get into the sport. Those department store bikes are just made to *look* like mountain bikes, but aren't actually built for rough trails.
Hope that helps!
Good not goofy
Notification Squad 360p
WiTz InFiNiTe well done sir!
The Loam Ranger BIG FAN KEEP UP THE AWESOMOME WORK
