      I was there about ten years ago. The Pomona Mall was really the place to be in the 60's. Eventually the Montclair Plaza, an early enclosed (and air conditioned) mall opened, and shopping at the Pomona mall cratered. The place was undergoing something of a renaissance the last time I was there. Buffums was converted to some kind of medical school, and food/drink/music places came in where the old stores were

      Most of the streetscape is still there. It is now open to limited, one lane in each direction, street traffic.
